With a couple of smart ball manuevers Frederico França in the 4th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Melquiades Amor saved CDS BUCANEIROS PAULISTA from getting behind. In the 6th minute Frederico França shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Melquiades Amor saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 12 minutes into the match, Rio Verde F.C CIMZ's goalkeeper Karim Bado had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Cícero da Costa. Arí Machado fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 13th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Karim Bado having to interfere. 16 minutes into the match, Rio Verde F.C CIMZ's Frederico França sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Melquiades Amor narrowly saved just below the crossbar. 20 minutes into the match, Rio Verde F.C CIMZ's goalkeeper Karim Bado had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Cícero da Costa. Karim Bado stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Cícero da Costa's shot from short distance in the 21st minute. After 23 minutes Rio Verde F.C CIMZ's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Egídio Magalhães who took care of the corner kick. Sílvio Dantas hit a great freekick 28 minutes into the match. Karim Bado showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Cícero da Costa, who was totally free with the ball in the 31st minute. In the 36th minute, Frederico França made a precise shot to the right of Melquiades Amor. CDS BUCANEIROS PAULISTA's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 0-1. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Nicolas França during the 38th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. CDS BUCANEIROS PAULISTA's Melquiades Amor played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Frederico França in the 40th minute of play. Rio Verde F.C CIMZ were awarded a corner in the 49th minute after CDS BUCANEIROS PAULISTA's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Tadeu Britto took the corner. A nice corner shot did that Tadeu Britto got away a dangerous shot. Despite this Melquiades Amor quite easily got ahold of the ball to make the save. The CDS BUCANEIROS PAULISTA players were disheartened as they walked off the pitch after the first half. Rio Verde F.C CIMZ were winning 0-1.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Cícero da Costa was the one to do the kick off. An unexpectedly hard shot by Arí Machado in the 53rd minute of play forced Rio Verde F.C CIMZ's goalkeeper Karim Bado to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Arí Machado recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 57th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. 64 minutes had been played when some careless play by CDS BUCANEIROS PAULISTA's defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. Tadeu Britto was slow to take the kick. During this time Rio Verde F.C CIMZ's players had a chance to rest. The corner ended in Tadeu Britto almost managing to get the ball behind the net, but CDS BUCANEIROS PAULISTA's Melquiades Amor did a great save. After a rather tough play, Rio Verde F.C CIMZ's Thomás do Valle got a free kick in the 66th minute. An unexpectedly hard shot by Sílvio Dantas in the 67th minute of play forced Rio Verde F.C CIMZ's goalkeeper Karim Bado to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. The audience thought a goal was coming when Frederico França got free with Melquiades Amor in the 69th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Robert Bambas kicked well hit freekick during the 70th minute of the match. A collision led to Rio Verde F.C CIMZ getting a freekick after 74 minutes play. Tadeu Britto hit a great ball. After 76 minutes of play, CDS BUCANEIROS PAULISTA's Cícero da Costa made it 1-1 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Karim Bado was left in no man's land by his defense there! In the 79th minute, Frederico França made a precise shot to the right of Melquiades Amor. CDS BUCANEIROS PAULISTA's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 1-2. An unexpectedly hard shot by Arí Machado in the 85th minute of play forced Rio Verde F.C CIMZ's goalkeeper Karim Bado to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 86 minutes into the match, CDS BUCANEIROS PAULISTA's goal looked a bit too open when Frederico França came free, but Melquiades Amor reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After a defensive mix-up in CDS BUCANEIROS PAULISTA's zone, Fiori Cerezo stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Melquiades Amor came out of the goal and Fiori Cerezo tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. When the match clock showed 94 minutes, the score became 2-2 when Cícero da Costa sped through Rio Verde F.C CIMZ's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Karim Bado.
