In the 2nd match minute, New England Minas was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Sem Terra to maneuver through the defense. In the 3rd minute of the match, Marcus Diniz got a very nice opportunity to score, but Martin Markusson was well-placed and pushed the ball away from the goal at the left post. The audience thought a goal was coming when Pang Yang Yong got free with Martin Markusson in the 4th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. The audience thought a goal was coming when Marcus Diniz got free with Martin Markusson in the 7th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Martin Markusson came out of the goal in the 7th minute to try and stop a shot by Vila Industrial FC's Marcus Diniz. But to his dismay, Marcus Diniz quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-0. Martin Markusson showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Marcus Diniz in the 11th minute of the match. In the 13th minute, Diogo Yurin made a precise shot to the right of César Boldrini. Vila Industrial FC's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 1-1. An unexpectedly hard shot by Dallas Seymour in the 17th minute of play forced Vila Industrial FC's goalkeeper César Boldrini to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Martin Markusson was in the perfect position, and the defense had done a good job marking him, but Jean-Jacques Ares showcased his skills and made a perfect shot to score 2-1 in the 18 minute of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Enrique Leite in the 23rd minute of play forced New England Minas's goalkeeper Martin Markusson to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 26 minutes into the match, New England Minas's goal looked a bit too open when Jean-Jacques Ares came free, but Martin Markusson reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. 31 minutes into the match, Marcus Diniz dribbled the ball past the defender and swiftly kicked the ball to the left of Martin Markusson, 3-1. Martin Markusson made a fantastic save in the 36th minute, when Marcus Diniz sent off a good shot on target. In the 36th minute, Diogo Yurin hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 37th minute Pang Yang Yong shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Martin Markusson saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Martin Markusson showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Enrique Leite in the 39th minute of the match. An unexpectedly hard shot by Enrique Leite in the 43rd minute of play forced New England Minas's goalkeeper Martin Markusson to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Pang Yang Yong could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 46th minute of the match, but Martin Markusson made a huge save. 47 minutes into the match, New England Minas's goal looked a bit too open when Enrique Leite came free, but Martin Markusson reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. The home fans were very happy to see their team leading 3-1 at half-time.

An unexpectedly hard shot by Pang Yang Yong in the 50th minute of play forced New England Minas's goalkeeper Martin Markusson to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 60 minutes into the match, New England Minas's goal looked a bit too open when Marcus Diniz came free, but Martin Markusson reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. New England Minas were furious when Clinton Caballero was red carded, 62 minutes into the game, but the referee dismissed their protests. The referee gave Vila Industrial FC a penalty, 65 minutes into the game. The penalty shot was made by Pang Yang Yong, who made a well placed shot into the net to the right of New England Minas's Martin Markusson. 4-1. Martin Markusson made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Marcus Diniz in the 69th minute of play. Martin Markusson took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Jacinto Ramos, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 73rd minute, Pang Yang Yong hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Vila Industrial FC's Arthur Guedes was substituted for Pang Yang Yong. After 74 played minutes Vila Industrial FC got a freekick which was hit by Pang Yang Yong. Martin Markusson showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Arthur Guedes, who was totally free with the ball in the 76th minute. In the 81st minute of the match, Dallas Seymour got a very nice opportunity to score, but César Boldrini was well-placed and pushed the ball away from the goal at the left post. After some careless play in the New England Minas defense, Jacinto Ramos kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Martin Markusson. The New England Minas fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Martin Markusson should have stopped the shot. Arthur Guedes scored 6-1 in the 89th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Martin Markusson, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Jacinto Ramos in the 92nd minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Martin Markusson prevented the ball from getting in the gole. If Dallas Seymour had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 95th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Martin Markusson took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Fırat Çakıroğlu, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. There were very few away supporters still in the ground by the end of the match. Most of them had left early, disgusted by the way their team had been torn apart. Vila Industrial FC fully deserved thier win.
