Murathan Şemsifer took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Machado Santianes, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Barbaros Özaslan during the 14th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. The referee blew the whistle for a penalty in the 14th minute of the game. One of Birtanem FC:s players had nearly got his shirt torn off by an opponent while getting free in front of Independiente del Río:s goal. In the 16th minute there was a penalty for Independiente del Río. Emanuel Sueiro stepped forward and shot the ball to the right of a diving Murathan Şemsifer. 1-0. 18 minutes into the game, Machado Santianes recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Murathan Şemsifer. Machado Santianes showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 2-0. Murathan Şemsifer was in the perfect position, and the defense had done a good job marking him, but Machado Santianes showcased his skills and made a perfect shot to score 3-0 in the 21 minute of play. In the 28th match minute, Independiente del Río was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Emanuel Sueiro to maneuver through the defense. Emanuel Sueiro could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 29th minute of the match, but Murathan Şemsifer made a huge save. Jorge Urizar blasted a shot towards the goal in the 38th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Murathan Şemsifer having to make a save. After 40 minutes of play, Independiente del Río's Jorge Urizar made it 4-0 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Murathan Şemsifer was left in no man's land by his defense there! Birtanem FC's Murathan Şemsifer played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Machado Santianes in the 43rd minute of play. In the 45th minute Machado Santianes shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Murathan Şemsifer saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. When Emanuel Sueiro came up free with the goalie in the 47th minute, the Independiente del Río fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Emanuel Sueiro couldn't finish the play. Af the end of the first half the score was 4-0. The first half had gone as expected for the home team.
The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Ejder İlkcan stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Machado Santianes fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 51st minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Murathan Şemsifer having to interfere. In the 52nd minute, Fabian Baldaliso left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Independiente del Río fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 5-0. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Machado Santianes in the 58th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Murathan Şemsifer saved Birtanem FC from getting behind. Murathan Şemsifer showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Emanuel Sueiro in the 61st minute of the match. After a defensive mix-up in Birtanem FC's zone, Machado Santianes stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Murathan Şemsifer came out of the goal and Machado Santianes tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. 68 minutes into the game, Bülent Yamaç was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Birtanem FC's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Independiente del Río the free kick. After a rather tough play, Birtanem FC's Bülent Yamaç got a free kick in the 68th minute. After a defensive mix-up in Birtanem FC's zone, Machado Santianes stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Murathan Şemsifer came out of the goal and Machado Santianes tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. In the 73rd minute, Emanuel Sueiro made a precise shot to the right of Murathan Şemsifer. Birtanem FC's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 7-0. A hard, long distance shot from Rogelio Sarratea flew over the goal. Murathan Şemsifer showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Jorge Urizar, who was totally free with the ball in the 79th minute. 80 minutes into the match, Birtanem FC's goal looked a bit too open when Machado Santianes came free, but Murathan Şemsifer reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. 82 minutes into the match, Machado Santianes had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Murathan Şemsifer. Birtanem FC's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Machado Santianes was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 8-0. Murathan Şemsifer came out of the goal in the 86th minute to try and stop a shot by Independiente del Río's Machado Santianes. But to his dismay, Machado Santianes quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 9-0. 90 minutes into the game, Independiente del Río's Fabian Baldaliso nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Murathan Şemsifer made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 10-0. Independiente del Río's supporters were delighted with their team's performance and swarmed onto the pitch at the end of the match to celebrate the victory with the players.
