Peter Linkhorst helped the player get up and apologised. In the 8th match minute, ManagerZone Crew was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Peter Linkhorst to maneuver through the defense. Kees Van Bever sent away a hard shot on goal in the 9th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. The supporters of Syrianska FC booed when ManagerZone Crew was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 13 match minutes in a wonderful position. Anderson Schulle didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 14th minute, Simon Andersson made a precise shot to the right of Patrick Armstrong. ManagerZone Crew's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 0-2. In the 18th minute Sakarias Nordstedt shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Patrick Armstrong saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. When Thorbjörn Olerius came up free with the goalie in the 24th minute, the ManagerZone Crew fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Thorbjörn Olerius couldn't finish the play. Patrick Armstrong showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Sakarias Nordstedt, who was totally free with the ball in the 29th minute. Patrick Armstrong took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Sakarias Nordstedt, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. The corner led Syrianska FC's Hong Jian Lang to fire away a dangerous shot which Patrick Armstrong despite some difficulties managed to get hold on the ball. The ManagerZone Crew fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Patrick Armstrong should have stopped the shot. When Sakarias Nordstedt fell near the penalty area in the 46th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Syrianska FC's protests and gave Sakarias Nordstedt a yellow card for diving instead. A collision led to Syrianska FC getting a freekick after 46 minutes play. Sakarias Nordstedt hit a great ball. Luck had favoured the away team in the first, and they walked off with a 0-3 lead.

Robert Ununger sent away a hard shot on goal in the 50th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. Östen Håning fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 70th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Patrick Armstrong having to interfere. Syrianska FC's Marc Wayne got a good chance for a goal in the 77th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. The crowd rose to their feet as Marc Wayne kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Patrick Armstrong. That made the score 0-6 in the 82 minute of play. Ingemar Åberg showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Peter Linkhorst, who was totally free with the ball in the 85th minute. Patrick Armstrong stood somewhat misplaced when Marc Wayne came free in front of goal and shot 0-7 to the left of him in the 94 minute. Syrianska FC's players went to the stands to thank the travelling support. The fan's backing had helped spurr the team on to a fine performance that won them the match.
