After 4 minutes of play, Pomona AFC's Amadeo Sazon made it 0-1 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Olimpiu Popan was left in no man's land by his defense there! With a little luck, Pomona AFC's Bernardino Telmo got control of the ball when Vintilă Mihuț tried to sneak it across the goal line. 12 minutes into the match, Amadeo Sazon had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Olimpiu Popan. Pardina's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Amadeo Sazon was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 0-2. When the match had gone on for 15 minutes, Amador Patxi put it in 0-3 from a short distance just to the right of Olimpiu Popan. In the 17th minute, Amador Patxi made a precise shot to the right of Olimpiu Popan. Pardina's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 0-4. When Amadeo Sazon fell near the penalty area in the 22nd minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Pomona AFC's protests and gave Amadeo Sazon a yellow card for diving instead. After 22 played minutes Pomona AFC got a freekick which was hit by Amadeo Sazon. In the 23rd minute, Amadeo Sazon hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 26th minute, Amador Patxi left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Pomona AFC fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 0-5. 30 minutes into the game, Pomona AFC's Amadeo Sazon nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Olimpiu Popan made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 0-6. Olimpiu Popan took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Arturo Sugar, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Olimpiu Popan made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Amador Patxi in the 38th minute of play. 42 minutes into the match, Pardina's goal looked a bit too open when Amador Patxi came free, but Olimpiu Popan reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Amador Patxi in the 46th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Olimpiu Popan saved Pardina from getting behind.
After a rather tough play, Pardina's Narcis Buhuș got a free kick in the 55th minute. A hard shot by Sander Bust from long distance, 56 minutes into the match, got Olimpiu Popan's attention. Through a fast twist with his body, he could stop the ball from going in on his right side. In the 56th minute, Petrică Scutaru hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 58th minute Amadeo Sazon shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Olimpiu Popan saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 58 minutes into the match, Amadeo Sazon had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Olimpiu Popan. Pardina's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Amadeo Sazon was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 0-7. In the 65th minute, Sander Bust sent off a long shot on goal, but the shot was nowhere near the goal and Pardina's Olimpiu Popan didn't even have to move. If Amadeo Sazon had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 66th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. The throw-in from Generoso Fortun in the 68th minute of the game was unfortunally taken care of by Pardina's Ion Pârâianu. Olimpiu Popan was a little too slow when Arturo Sugar got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 70th minute. The score was now 0-8. Amadeo Sazon could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 75th minute of the match, but Olimpiu Popan made a huge save. Olimpiu Popan made an important save on a dangerous shot by Amador Patxi in the 78th minute. After 83 minutes of play, Pomona AFC's Arturo Sugar made it 0-9 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Olimpiu Popan was left in no man's land by his defense there! In the 87th minute, Vintilă Mihuț left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Pardina fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 1-9. Pardina's attentive Filip Ciolpan managed to snatch the ball when Generoso Fortun made a throw-in in the 94th minute of the game. The Pardina fans had already started to leave before the final whistle blew. Pomona AFC were clearly better and deserved to take the win.
