The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Ezequiel Pereira stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. After 51 minutes of play, Lobo Guará's Ezequiel Pereira made it 1-2 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. After a defensive mix-up in Lobo Guará's zone, Marino Ramos stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Daniel Anaya came out of the goal and Marino Ramos tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Alejandro Verdu took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Ciro de Moraes, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side.
