Benedicto Ramos didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Dagoberto Dracena went, in the 40th minute, to the upper right corner, 4-0 was the resulting score. After having played for 44 minutes, Dagoberto Dracena managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Trindade Atlético Club's supporters crossed their fingers, but Dagoberto Dracena was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. The home fans were very happy to see their team leading 5-0 at half-time.
The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Rodrigo Nevada was the one to do the kick off. 52 minutes into the match, Trindade Atlético Club's goal looked a bit too open when Sergio Sasoin came free, but Tiaguinho Correia reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Rolando Iraitz charged in rather forcefully in the 55th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Rolando Iraitz the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. The supporters of Trindade Atlético Club booed when Sumamao was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 55 match minutes in a wonderful position. Rolando Iraitz didn't get a good kick on the ball. Benedicto Ramos came out of the goal in the 56th minute to try and stop a shot by Trindade Atlético Club's Dagoberto Dracena. But to his dismay, Dagoberto Dracena quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 6-0. 61 minutes into the match, Dagoberto Dracena had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Benedicto Ramos. Sumamao's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Dagoberto Dracena was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 7-0. Benedicto Ramos showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Dagoberto Dracena in the 64th minute of the match. Natalio Cristofor's late challenge caught a Trindade Atlético Club's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Natalio Cristofor helped the player get up and apologised. After a rather tough play, Sumamao's Natalio Cristofor got a free kick in the 64th minute. An unexpectedly hard shot by Dagoberto Dracena in the 66th minute of play forced Sumamao's goalkeeper Benedicto Ramos to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Prospero Ted made in the 69th minute of the game a fairly good throw-in which was taken care of by Natalio Cristofor. In the 71st minute, Dragoş Vâtcu made a precise shot to the right of Benedicto Ramos. Sumamao's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 8-0. Trindade Atlético Club's Tiaguinho Correia proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 76th minute of the match, managed to save Trindade Atlético Club from getting a goal against them. With a little luck, Trindade Atlético Club's Tiaguinho Correia got control of the ball when Sergio Sasoin tried to sneak it across the goal line. After 79 minutes of play, Trindade Atlético Club's Falcão de Barros made it 9-0 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Benedicto Ramos was left in no man's land by his defense there! 82 minutes into the match, Sumamao's goal looked a bit too open when Róbson Couto came free, but Benedicto Ramos reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 84th minute, Sergio Sasoin reached a very good position and smashed the ball with a huge effort into the net, just to the left of Tiaguinho Correia. The goal made the score 9-1. Róbson Couto sent away a hard shot on goal in the 87th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. Benedicto Ramos made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Róbson Couto in the 87th minute of play. Benedicto Ramos came out of the goal in the 91st minute to try and stop a shot by Trindade Atlético Club's Róbson Couto. But to his dismay, Róbson Couto quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 10-1. Trindade Atlético Club's supporters were delighted with their team's performance and swarmed onto the pitch at the end of the match to celebrate the victory with the players.
