Verner Nordin hit a great freekick 4 minutes into the match. After 5 played minutes, Club Getafe Deportivo's Orlo Sarrate shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Cristobal Goito came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in Club Getafe Deportivo reached it. An unexpectedly hard shot by Curcio Carballeira in the 11th minute of play forced Carabata Groove's goalkeeper Cristobal Goito to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Henrico Del Bosque came free with the goalkeeper in the 12th minute of the match, and shot straight on target. The shot was a little too simple and Cristobal Goito could save by the left post. Cristobal Goito showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Henrico Del Bosque in the 17th minute of the match. 20 minutes into the match, Carabata Groove's goalkeeper Cristobal Goito had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Henrico Del Bosque. After a defensive mix-up in Club Getafe Deportivo's zone, Hauk Hareide stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Jairo Castellano came out of the goal and Hauk Hareide tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Jairo Castellano took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Hauk Hareide, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Jairo Castellano showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Hauk Hareide in the 31st minute of the match. Jairo Castellano came out of the goal in the 33rd minute to try and stop a shot by Carabata Groove's Hauk Hareide. But to his dismay, Hauk Hareide quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-1. The audience was convinced that Curcio Carballeira's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Cristobal Goito was relentless in the 37th minute of the game. With a little luck, Carabata Groove's Cristobal Goito got control of the ball when Vlad Ţăranu tried to sneak it across the goal line. Curcio Carballeira could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 43rd minute of the match, but Cristobal Goito made a huge save. 46 minutes into the match, Club Getafe Deportivo's goal looked a bit too open when Hauk Hareide came free, but Jairo Castellano reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Luck had favoured the away team in the first, and they walked off with a 0-1 lead.

Carabata Groove's David Rios was substituted for Ambrosio Bartolome. Carabata Groove made a substitution. Mauro Elazar replaced Hauk Hareide. After some careless play in the Club Getafe Deportivo defense, David Rios kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Jairo Castellano. The Club Getafe Deportivo fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Jairo Castellano should have stopped the shot. If Curcio Carballeira had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 57th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. 64 minutes into the match, Vlad Ţăranu notched a goal, 1-2, to the right of Carabata Groove's Cristobal Goito. Cristobal Goito was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Jairo Castellano made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Mauro Elazar in the 68th minute of play. Mauro Elazar received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 71st minute. Jairo Castellano tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Club Getafe Deportivo made a substitution. Gau Bergada replaced Henrico Del Bosque. Club Getafe Deportivo's Kayra Sağlık was substituted for Laurgain Lama. A collision led to Club Getafe Deportivo getting a freekick after 74 minutes play. Gau Bergada hit a great ball. Mauro Elazar could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 78th minute of the match, but Jairo Castellano made a huge save. An unexpectedly hard shot by Mauro Elazar in the 81st minute of play forced Club Getafe Deportivo's goalkeeper Jairo Castellano to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. David Rios received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 85th minute. Jairo Castellano tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Through an outstanding action, after 87 minutes, Jairo Castellano successfully got his hands on the ball before it slid into the goal at the right post. Jairo Castellano made an important save on a dangerous shot by David Rios in the 88th minute. Jairo Castellano stood somewhat misplaced when Mauro Elazar came free in front of goal and shot 1-3 to the left of him in the 88 minute. The throw-in from Gunnar Björklund in the 91st minute of the game was unfortunally taken care of by Club Getafe Deportivo's Orlo Sarrate. 94 minutes into the match, Club Getafe Deportivo's Curcio Carballeira sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Cristobal Goito narrowly saved just below the crossbar. In the 95th minute Mauro Elazar shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Jairo Castellano saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Gunnar Björklund got a throw-in 97 minutes in the game and the ball was received by David Rios. David Rios received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. Jairo Castellano came out and tried to block the shot, but David Rios slotted it home off the left post making it 1-4 in the 98th minute. Carabata Groove's supporters were very happy and cheered loudly because their team had won after a very close match.
