With a little luck, RB Chubut's Dalmacio Olivar got control of the ball when Agustin Jakobe tried to sneak it across the goal line. After some fancy dribbling in the 8th minute, Héctor Bracamonte managed to get in a good position for a shot. RB Chubut's supporters rose to their feet, but Héctor Bracamonte was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Saul Etxeberri breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. In the 10th minute Freddy Mambru shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Saul Etxeberri saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 13 minutes into the game, Santos Confesor recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Dalmacio Olivar. Santos Confesor showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 1-0. Agustin Jakobe fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 16th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Dalmacio Olivar having to interfere. In the 25th minute of the match Ambrosio Vimaro sent off a long shot with destination to the right of the goalkeeper, but Dalmacio Olivar skillfully saved the ball. In the 27th minute Pablo Clemencin shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Dalmacio Olivar saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Héctor Bracamonte's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Saul Etxeberri read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 31st minute of play. Freddy Mambru kicked well hit freekick during the 33rd minute of the match. Dalmacio Olivar showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Pablo Clemencin, who was totally free with the ball in the 35th minute. RB Chubut's Dalmacio Olivar proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 36th minute of the match, managed to save RB Chubut from getting a goal against them. With a little luck, RB Chubut's Dalmacio Olivar got control of the ball when Santos Confesor tried to sneak it across the goal line. Saul Etxeberri took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Freddy Mambru, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Héctor Bracamonte received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 42nd minute. Saul Etxeberri tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Héctor Bracamonte might have been able to make a better finish in the 44th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Saul Etxeberri. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Héctor Bracamonte ran back to his position shaking his head. In the 44th minute Héctor Bracamonte shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Saul Etxeberri saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Agustin Jakobe was the one to do the kick off. Freddy Mambru got his second yellow card in the match during the 56th minute which meant that he had to leave the ground. Freddy Mambru hit a great freekick 57 minutes into the match. Agustin Jakobe struck a weak shot in the 60th minute. Dalmacio Olivar didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for San Fernando Eagles. In the 63rd minute, Pablo Clemencin ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Dalmacio Olivar was frozen by the shot and now it was 2-1. RB Chubut's Héctor Bracamonte got a good chance for a goal in the 66th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Héctor Bracamonte in the 79thth minute had a little luck and got a chance for a shot in front of the goal. Without hesitation aimed to the right of Saul Etxeberri, who managed to lunge to the right direction and made a save. Santos Confesor scored 4-1 in the 81st match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Dalmacio Olivar, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. In the 85th minute Pablo Clemencin shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Dalmacio Olivar saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Dalmacio Olivar showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Santos Confesor, who was totally free with the ball in the 89th minute. When Luis Nazario fell near the penalty area in the 92nd minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored RB Chubut's protests and gave Luis Nazario a yellow card for diving instead. In the 92nd minute, Luis Nazario hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 93rd minute of the match Ambrosio Vimaro sent off a long shot with destination to the right of the goalkeeper, but Dalmacio Olivar skillfully saved the ball. After 94 minutes of play, San Fernando Eagles's Santos Confesor made it 5-1 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Dalmacio Olivar was left in no man's land by his defense there!
