In the 20th minute, Marcelo Lesardo made a precise shot to the right of Aristides Bras. Caballeritos del Baile's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 0-1. MILAN COLOMBIANO's Domingos Rodriguez played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Ceferino Truylos in the 24th minute of play. Aristides Bras didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Rodrigo Chuse went, in the 31st minute, to the upper right corner, 0-2 was the resulting score. Arsenio Cristos received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. Domingos Rodriguez came out and tried to block the shot, but Arsenio Cristos slotted it home off the left post making it 1-2 in the 37th minute. After the first half MILAN COLOMBIANO were leading 1-2. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Arsenio Cristos stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. When Maximiliano Iaki came up free with the goalie in the 54th minute, the Caballeritos del Baile fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Maximiliano Iaki couldn't finish the play.
