Spectators: 41 (Terracing: 32, Seating: 9, VIP seats: 0) The mood of the audience was pleasant when Edgard Baldovino made the kick off which started today's match. 4 minutes into the game, Leonides Vigil recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Jeremias Cucao. Leonides Vigil showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 1-0. In the 21st play minute Edgard Baldovino came free and shot an unsuspected shot which went into goal from the right pole behind a surprised Jeremias Cucao. 3-0. 24 minutes into the game, Florentino Esiquio cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 3-1. Filiberto Etxeberri was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Filiberto Etxeberri showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Jeremias Guillem in the 27th minute of the match. Filiberto Etxeberri made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Anier Sazon in the 29th minute of play. The supporters of Menchu FC booed when Marlin FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 32 match minutes in a wonderful position. Jeremias Guillem didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 36th minute Leonides Vigil shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Jeremias Cucao saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. The away team players looked dejected as the walked off the pitch at half time. They had fought hard, but were still losing 3-1.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Casimiro Gonzales made a kick off. Menchu FC's Filiberto Etxeberri played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Florentino Esiquio in the 52nd minute of play. After 53 played minutes Menchu FC got a freekick which was hit by Braulio Dominix. An unexpectedly hard shot by Florentino Esiquio in the 54th minute of play forced Menchu FC's goalkeeper Filiberto Etxeberri to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 56 minutes into the match, Nicanor Monico had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Filiberto Etxeberri. Menchu FC's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Nicanor Monico was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 3-2. Gregorio Loi charged in rather forcefully in the 62nd minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Gregorio Loi the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. Gregorio Loi hit a great freekick 63 minutes into the match. An unexpectedly hard shot by Edgard Baldovino in the 67th minute of play forced Marlin FC's goalkeeper Jeremias Cucao to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Edgard Baldovino scored 4-2 in the 74th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Jeremias Cucao, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Menchu FC made a substitution. Jeremias Mincho replaced Leonides Vigil. After 80 minutes of play, the referee blew the whistle. It was a penalty for Marlin FC! In the 82nd minute there was a penalty for Menchu FC. Lucio Ourente stepped forward and shot the ball to the right of a diving Jeremias Cucao. 5-2. Edgard Baldovino took the ball and in the 87 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Jeremias Cucao. Jeremias Cucao dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 6-2. Anier Sazon sent away a hard shot on goal in the 91st minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Menchu FC were awarded a corner in the 100th minute after Marlin FC's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Lucio Ourente took the corner. Menchu FC were really happy, having secured the victory after a very even contest. They thanked the players of Marlin FC for a fine match.
