The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. Leon Pero hit a great freekick 2 minutes into the match. Alvaro Crescencio hit a great freekick 5 minutes into the match. 10 minutes into the game, Mariano Damario cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 0-1. Octavio Raymond was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. 16 minutes into the game, Clemen Team AFC★C.A.B.J★'s Jorge Aresti nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Octavio Raymond made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 0-2. After some fancy dribbling in the 28th minute, Melchor Montes managed to get in a good position for a shot. Unidad de Matanza's supporters rose to their feet, but Melchor Montes was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Gaston Ekialde breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Octavio Raymond showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Jorge Aresti, who was totally free with the ball in the 30th minute. 32 minutes into the match, Melchor Montes notched a goal, 1-2, to the right of Clemen Team AFC★C.A.B.J★'s Gaston Ekialde. Gaston Ekialde was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. The supporters of Clemen Team AFC★C.A.B.J★ booed when Unidad de Matanza was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 35 match minutes in a wonderful position. Uriel Perico didn't get a good kick on the ball. Octavio Raymond came out of the goal in the 37th minute to try and stop a shot by Clemen Team AFC★C.A.B.J★'s Jorge Aresti. But to his dismay, Jorge Aresti quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-3. After some fancy dribbling in the 41st minute, Jose Muno managed to get in a good position for a shot. Unidad de Matanza's supporters rose to their feet, but Jose Muno was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Gaston Ekialde breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. The crowd was extremely unhappy with the home team's performance in the first half. They were losing 2-3.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Jorge Aresti to make the kick off. 52 minutes into the match, Unidad de Matanza's Melchor Montes sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Gaston Ekialde narrowly saved just below the crossbar. 53 minutes into the match, Unidad de Matanza's goalkeeper Octavio Raymond had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Mariano Damario. In the 55th minute Clemen Team AFC★C.A.B.J★ were awarded a corner. Jorge Aresti went to the cornerflag to take it. Clemen Team AFC★C.A.B.J★'s Jorge Aresti was first on the ball when the corner was shot and he dangerously headed the ball towards goal, but Octavio Raymond in the goal jumped up to prevent it from getting in. Santo Ganix took a chance and fired a shot far from the goal in the 66th minute, but it turned out to be a dangerous situation for Gaston Ekialde. Clemen Team AFC★C.A.B.J★'s goalkeeper really had to stretch himself to stop the ball from crossing the goal line. Octavio Raymond didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Abel Abechuco went, in the 68th minute, to the upper right corner, 3-4 was the resulting score. In the 71st minute, Esteve Fonso hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Gaston Ekialde took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Melchor Montes, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Unidad de Matanza's Octavio Raymond proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 80th minute of the match, managed to save Unidad de Matanza from getting a goal against them. The supporters of Clemen Team AFC★C.A.B.J★ booed when Unidad de Matanza was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 86 match minutes in a wonderful position. Jose Muno didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 88th minute Jorge Aresti shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Octavio Raymond saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. When Mariano Damario came up free with the goalie in the 89th minute, the Clemen Team AFC★C.A.B.J★ fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Mariano Damario couldn't finish the play. The Unidad de Matanza supporters were disappointed that their team didn't take anything from the match, despite matching Clemen Team AFC★C.A.B.J★'s performance. The match ended with a win for Clemen Team AFC★C.A.B.J★.
