Hilario Flores made a great header on Monte Hermoso Beach's corner, it was just that Olds School Pepo's Edelmiro Sesuldo managed to reach the ball for a save. After 17 played minutes Olds School Pepo got a freekick which was hit by Angelo Urtzi. Edelmiro Sesuldo took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Diego Lorien, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. The break gave the players a chance to catch their breath, whilst the managers went over the tactics with them again.

Eleuterio Aztore showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Mauro Eleder, who was totally free with the ball in the 57th minute. Eleuterio Aztore didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Mauro Eleder went, in the 58th minute, to the upper right corner, 1-0 was the resulting score.
