Vihar Karadochev showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Cristian Naike in the 25th minute of the match. 26 minutes into the match, Clemen Team AFC★C.A.B.J★'s goal looked a bit too open when Cristian Naike came free, but Vihar Karadochev reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After some fancy dribbling in the 30th minute, Alvaro Nerio managed to get in a good position for a shot. Clemen Team AFC★C.A.B.J★'s supporters rose to their feet, but Alvaro Nerio was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Elpidio Vitin breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Santos Fonda was slow to take the kick. During this time Vélez Juniors's players had a chance to rest. The corner led to Vélez Juniors's Celedonio Eriz getting away a dangerous shot that went just outside the goal. Af the end of the first half the score was 1-0. The first half had gone as expected for the home team.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Cristian Naike stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Vihar Karadochev took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Cristian Naike, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After a rather tough play, Vélez Juniors's Donato Efraim got a free kick in the 54th minute. Teodosio Ferrando took a chance and fired a shot far from the goal in the 55th minute, but it turned out to be a dangerous situation for Elpidio Vitin. Vélez Juniors's goalkeeper really had to stretch himself to stop the ball from crossing the goal line. Elpidio Vitin made a fantastic save in the 60th minute, when Menderes Akduman sent off a good shot on target. Santos Fonda sent away a hard shot on goal in the 64th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Though ot was a great shot Vélez Juniors's keeper Elpidio Vitin was sill able to block leaving the score board unchanged.
