CONSTILIANO's Faustino Escobar managed, thanks to a brazen rush, stole the ball on a throw-in made by Przemyslaw Solecki in the 3 minute of the game. Enzo Azubeli blasted a shot towards the goal in the 4th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Jeremias Ledesma having to make a save. Napoleon Wolnik hit a great freekick 5 minutes into the match. After having played for 6 minutes, Viden Birov managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. CONSTILIANO's supporters crossed their fingers, but Viden Birov was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. After 7 played minutes Chimborazo A.F.C got a freekick which was hit by Przemyslaw Solecki. 11 minutes into the game, CONSTILIANO's Enzo Azubeli nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Jeremias Ledesma made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 1-0. 20 minutes into the match, Chimborazo A.F.C's goalkeeper Jeremias Ledesma had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Enzo Azubeli. Alejo Patrido made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from David Cearense in the 23rd minute of play. Enzo Azubeli received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. Jeremias Ledesma came out and tried to block the shot, but Enzo Azubeli slotted it home off the left post making it 2-0 in the 25th minute. In the 28th minute, Marcos Bizi left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Chimborazo A.F.C fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 2-1. 34 minutes into the match, David Cearense notched a goal, 2-2, to the right of CONSTILIANO's Alejo Patrido. Alejo Patrido was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. When CONSTILIANO's Enzo Azubeli in the 39th minute got a chance for a shot 39th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Chimborazo A.F.C's goalie prevented a goal. The corner led CONSTILIANO's Nicanor Luzaide to fire away a dangerous shot which Jeremias Ledesma despite some difficulties managed to get hold on the ball. 43 minutes into the game, Enzo Azubeli cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 3-2. Jeremias Ledesma was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. The supporters of Chimborazo A.F.C booed when CONSTILIANO was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 46 match minutes in a wonderful position. Faustino Escobar didn't get a good kick on the ball. The home fans were very happy to see their team leading 3-2 at half-time.

The wind increased when Enzo Azubeli made the kick off in the second half. 51 minutes into the match, Chimborazo A.F.C's goal looked a bit too open when Enzo Azubeli came free, but Jeremias Ledesma reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Enzo Azubeli scored 4-2 in the 60th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Jeremias Ledesma, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Chimborazo A.F.C's Jeremias Ledesma played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Enzo Azubeli in the 62nd minute of play. In the 63rd minute CONSTILIANO were awarded a corner. Nicanor Luzaide went to the cornerflag to take it. After taking down the ball on CONSTILIANO's corner Nicanor Luzaide fired away a hard shot, but the defenders efficiently covered the most dangerous angles and Jeremias Ledesma quite easily take care of the ball. Jeremias Ledesma showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Enzo Azubeli, who was totally free with the ball in the 65th minute. CONSTILIANO's attentive Faustino Escobar managed to snatch the ball when Przemyslaw Solecki made a throw-in in the 66th minute of the game. Alejo Patrido took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Ernesto Pacifico, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. When CONSTILIANO's Enzo Azubeli in the 76th minute got a chance for a shot 76th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Chimborazo A.F.C's goalie prevented a goal. When Viden Birov came up free with the goalie in the 79th minute, the CONSTILIANO fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Viden Birov couldn't finish the play. 82 minutes into the match, Ernesto Pacifico had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Alejo Patrido. CONSTILIANO's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Ernesto Pacifico was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 4-3. In the 94th minute, Enzo Azubeli got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. For all the effort they put into the match, the Chimborazo A.F.C players left disappointed. They had fought hard, but couldn't break down the home team's defense. The match ended in a win for CONSTILIANO.
