The corner ended in Ezequiel Ixaka almost managing to get the ball behind the net, but SPORTIVO BELLA VISTA SBV's Florencio Cutberto did a great save. Marcelo Armani took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Gilbert Godefroid, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Eliézer de Carvalho was astounded when the referee showed him the red card after a seemingly innocent challenge, 47 minutes into the match. Marcelo Armani went to the wrong direction when Bonifacio Guib was taking care of the penalty kick which however missed the goal. Af the end of the first half the score was 2-1. The first half had gone as expected for the home team.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Froilan Donostia to make the kick off. Gilbert Godefroid could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 59th minute of the match, but Marcelo Armani made a huge save. Ezequiel Ixaka kicked well hit freekick during the 59th minute of the match. In the 61st minute Froilan Donostia shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Marcelo Armani saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. An unexpectedly hard shot by Thomás Barral in the 63rd minute of play forced SPORTIVO BELLA VISTA SBV's goalkeeper Florencio Cutberto to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 67th minute Thomás Barral shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Florencio Cutberto saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. With a little luck, Rejunte de perros's Marcelo Armani got control of the ball when Valeryan Bochkin tried to sneak it across the goal line. Rejunte de perros made a substitution. An unexpectedly hard shot by Thomás Barral in the 89th minute of play forced SPORTIVO BELLA VISTA SBV's goalkeeper Florencio Cutberto to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Mats Linqvist might have been able to make a better finish in the 90th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Marcelo Armani. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Mats Linqvist ran back to his position shaking his head. Marcelo Armani showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Mats Linqvist, who was totally free with the ball in the 90th minute. Mats Linqvist blasted a shot towards the goal in the 93rd minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Marcelo Armani having to make a save. If Mats Linqvist had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 93rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. An unexpectedly hard shot by Thomás Barral in the 99th minute of play forced SPORTIVO BELLA VISTA SBV's goalkeeper Florencio Cutberto to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. For all the effort they put into the match, the SPORTIVO BELLA VISTA SBV players left disappointed. They had fought hard, but couldn't break down the home team's defense. The match ended in a win for Rejunte de perros.
