In the 20th minute Maximiliano Feliu shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Leonides Leheren saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Yao Guang Chao showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Guillermo Mitxaut in the 22nd minute of the match. 23 minutes had been played when some careless play by Yaji FC's defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. Prudencio Socorro was slow to take the kick. During this time Chorroarín's players had a chance to rest. The corner ended in Sixto Aragones almost managing to get the ball behind the net, but Yaji FC's Yao Guang Chao did a great save. Leonides Leheren made a fantastic save in the 25th minute, when Arturo Ranolfo sent off a good shot on target. Yao Guang Chao made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Sixto Aragones in the 27th minute of play. Chorroarín were awarded a corner in the 28th minute after Yaji FC's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Prudencio Socorro took the corner. A nice corner shot did that Prudencio Socorro got away a dangerous shot. Despite this Yao Guang Chao quite easily got ahold of the ball to make the save. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Guillermo Mitxaut in the 31st minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Yao Guang Chao prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Maximiliano Feliu sent away a hard shot on goal in the 32nd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Orlando Lixandro during the 37th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. 37 minutes into the game, one of Yaji FC:s players got tackled near the goal, and the referee blew for a penalty. Yao Guang Chao had in the 39thth minute some difficulties stopping Guillermo Mitxaut's well aimed penalty as it nearly passed him on his left side, but he still managed to hold the ball.

The wind increased when Maximiliano Feliu made the kick off in the second half. The Yaji FC fans' excitement grew in the 52nd match minute when Yaji FC's Arturo Ranolfo looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 1-1 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. Leonides Leheren showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Maximiliano Feliu in the 55th minute of the match. When Guillermo Mitxaut came up free with the goalie in the 56th minute, the Chorroarín fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Guillermo Mitxaut couldn't finish the play. Guillermo Mitxaut succeeded to score despite a near miss that spronge from right pole into the goal to 1-2 in the 58th playminute. Yao Guang Chao showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Sixto Aragones, who was totally free with the ball in the 60th minute. The away crowd were delighted with the way their team had played and cheered loudly when the final whistle sounded. Chorroarín walked away with the win, even though the match was close until the end.
