Rejunte de perros's Marcelo Armani played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Jose Chale in the 12th minute of play. 21 minutes into the match, Jose Chale notched a goal, 0-1, to the right of Rejunte de perros's Marcelo Armani. Marcelo Armani was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Maximino Ruy scored 0-2 in the 23rd match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Marcelo Armani, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Václav Filipi didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Tomás Gaizko went, in the 30th minute, to the upper right corner, 1-2 was the resulting score. In the 34th minute, Tomás Gaizko got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Rejunte de perros's Marcelo Armani played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Ivan Gentza in the 36th minute of play. Václav Filipi took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Tomás Gaizko, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Marcelo Armani showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Ivan Gentza in the 39th minute of the match. Václav Filipi made an important save on a dangerous shot by Aaron Gallagher in the 46th minute. Rejunte de perros's Marcelo Armani played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Lucas Haimar in the 47th minute of play. Even after changing tactics the home team jogged off the field with a 1-2 deficit. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Jose Chale to make the kick off. If Borys Barys had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 56th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. When Seyit Sözmen fell near the penalty area in the 61st minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Rejunte de perros's protests and gave Seyit Sözmen a yellow card for diving instead. Seyit Sözmen kicked well hit freekick during the 61st minute of the match. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Thomás Barral in the 66th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Václav Filipi saved ATLETICO MENDOZA from getting behind. Thomás Barral recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 73rd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Rejunte de perros's Cheng Qian Qiang was substituted for Ezequiel Ixaka. ATLETICO MENDOZA made a substitution. Justo Muno replaced Jose Chale. Rejunte de perros's Ivan Errolan was substituted for Aaron Gallagher. When the match had gone on for 77 minutes, Thomás Barral put it in 2-2 from a short distance just to the right of Václav Filipi. In the 82nd minute, Cheng Qian Qiang got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Václav Filipi made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 5-2. The crowd rose to their feet and cheered when the referee blew the final whistle. Rejunte de perros had won after a very even match.
