Arturo Ranolfo might have been able to make a better finish in the 30th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Marcelo Armani. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Arturo Ranolfo ran back to his position shaking his head. Arturo Ranolfo's shot straight on target was not completely harmless. The ball had pretty good speed, but Marcelo Armani firmly grabbed it by the left post. After some careless play in the Yaji FC defense, Tomás Gaizko kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Yao Guang Chao. The Yaji FC fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Yao Guang Chao should have stopped the shot. Tomás Gaizko scored 1-3 in the 34th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Yao Guang Chao, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Arturo Ranolfo could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 40th minute of the match, but Marcelo Armani made a huge save. Rejunte de perros's Mathieu De Winter managed, thanks to a brazen rush, stole the ball on a throw-in made by Justino Lehoi in the 43 minute of the game. The Yaji FC players were disheartened as they walked off the pitch after the first half. Rejunte de perros were winning 1-3.

Rejunte de perros's Thomás Barral was substituted for Tomás Gaizko. When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Arturo Ranolfo made a kick off. Marcelo Armani stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Arturo Ranolfo's shot from short distance in the 54th minute. The Yaji FC supporters were disappointed that their team didn't take anything from the match, despite matching Rejunte de perros's performance. The match ended with a win for Rejunte de perros.
