With an extended leg and a bit of luck Clemente Benvido prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Dionisia's Florencio Chano was first on the ball when the corner was shot and he dangerously headed the ball towards goal, but Clemente Benvido in the goal jumped up to prevent it from getting in. In the 24th minute Nicolae Honcioiu shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Serafim Eanes saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 24 minutes in the game, Nicolae Honcioiu dribbled his way through the penalty area and after maneuvering past an opponent, drilled a quick shot at the goal. The ball looked like it was going in, but it was hit a bit too hard and flew over the goal. Clemente Benvido showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Peng Sha Yang in the 29th minute of the match. Clemente Benvido made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Jimeno Dalmai in the 32nd minute of play. Serafim Eanes took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Aristides Villanueva, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Jimeno Dalmai could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 34th minute of the match, but Clemente Benvido made a huge save. The audience thought a goal was coming when Jimeno Dalmai got free with Clemente Benvido in the 35th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Dionisia's Serafim Eanes played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Carlos Aimar in the 38th minute of play. In the 41st minute, Dionisia's Peng Sha Yang dribbled the ball into the box and hit a shot with the outside of his foot, sending the keeper the wrong way. 1-0. The home fans were very happy to see their team leading 2-0 at half-time.

Serafim Eanes showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Ricky Kalischer, who was totally free with the ball in the 54th minute. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Jimeno Dalmai in the 56th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Clemente Benvido saved Canalla Fuego from getting behind. Carlos Aimar fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 59th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Serafim Eanes having to interfere. Dionisia made a substitution. The crowd rose to their feet as Canalla Fuego's Carlos Aimar slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Serafim Eanes. That made the score 2-1 after 63 minutes of play. 66 minutes into the match, Nemesio Eudoxio notched a goal, 3-1, to the right of Canalla Fuego's Clemente Benvido. Clemente Benvido was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Aristides Villanueva's shot when he came free in front of the goal in the 70thth minute, Serafim Eanes skillfully showed off with a save to what seemed to be an obvious goal. But to his dismay, Nemesio Eudoxio quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 4-1. Nemesio Eudoxio took the ball and in the 80 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Clemente Benvido. Clemente Benvido dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 5-1. Nemesio Eudoxio sent away a hard shot on goal in the 87th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. An unexpectedly hard shot by Nemesio Eudoxio in the 87th minute of play forced Canalla Fuego's goalkeeper Clemente Benvido to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Faustino Egoi made in the 90th minute of the game a fairly good throw-in which was taken care of by Aristides Villanueva. In the 92nd minute the ball was on its way in behind Canalla Fuego's goalkeeper Clemente Benvido, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. In the 93rd minute, Michal Topolski hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field.
