With a little luck, Olimpo de Bahia Blanca's Rudolf Meulman got control of the ball when Honorio Justin tried to sneak it across the goal line. Arjen Robben received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 14th minute. Maximino Merexildo tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Honorio Justin sent away a hard shot on goal in the 16th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 21st minute Paco Sancho shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Rudolf Meulman saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 28th minute Pranas Užkuraitis shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Maximino Merexildo saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Maximino Merexildo showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Pranas Užkuraitis in the 33rd minute of the match. After some careless play in the TIBURON F.C defense, Pranas Užkuraitis kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Maximino Merexildo. The TIBURON F.C fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Maximino Merexildo should have stopped the shot. In the 40th play minute Honorio Justin came free and shot an unsuspected shot which went into goal from the right pole behind a surprised Rudolf Meulman. 1-2. In the 46th minute Pranas Užkuraitis shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Maximino Merexildo saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line.

In the 68thth minute of the game Paco Sancho who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Olimpo de Bahia Blanca's Rudolf Meulman was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Honorio Justin's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Rudolf Meulman read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 72nd minute of play. In the 73rd minute Clemente Azeari suffered a thigh injury and had to be helped off the field. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Luisito Nesor during the 73rd minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. After 73 played minutes Olimpo de Bahia Blanca got a freekick which was hit by Luisito Nesor. TIBURON F.C's Benigno Corderro was substituted for Clemente Azeari. A collision led to Olimpo de Bahia Blanca getting a freekick after 75 minutes play. The corner led TIBURON F.C's Benigno Corderro to fire away a dangerous shot which Rudolf Meulman despite some difficulties managed to get hold on the ball. The supporters of Olimpo de Bahia Blanca booed when TIBURON F.C was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 79 match minutes in a wonderful position. Honorio Celino didn't get a good kick on the ball. After 80 played minutes, Olimpo de Bahia Blanca's Tommi Valkama shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Maximino Merexildo came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in Olimpo de Bahia Blanca reached it. After 84 played minutes TIBURON F.C got a freekick which was hit by Honorio Celino. If Pranas Užkuraitis had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 87th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. TIBURON F.C's Maximino Merexildo played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Pranas Užkuraitis in the 87th minute of play. Rudolf Meulman made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Carolo Llorenc in the 89th minute of play. Pranas Užkuraitis might have been able to make a better finish in the 95th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Maximino Merexildo. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Pranas Užkuraitis ran back to his position shaking his head. Maximino Merexildo made an important save on a dangerous shot by Pranas Užkuraitis in the 95th minute. The Olimpo de Bahia Blanca players were relieved to hear the final whistle blow to end the match. The away crowd was happy to see their team win after a very tight game.
