With a little luck, Monte Hermoso Beach's Emil Arendarski got control of the ball when Tomás Xacintu tried to sneak it across the goal line. 23 minutes into the match, Monte Hermoso Beach's goalkeeper Emil Arendarski had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Nemesio Eudoxio. If Aage Hill had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 29th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 32ndth minute of the game Nemesio Eudoxio who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Monte Hermoso Beach's Emil Arendarski was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball.

54 minutes into the game, Nemesio Eudoxio cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 1-3. Emil Arendarski was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Dionisia's Serafim Eanes proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 57th minute of the match, managed to save Dionisia from getting a goal against them. Emil Arendarski made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Arnaldo Beturian in the 71st minute of play. 74 minutes into the match, Dionisia's goal looked a bit too open when Hector Montrel came free, but Serafim Eanes reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 74th minute Hector Montrel shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Serafim Eanes saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 83 minutes into the match, Monte Hermoso Beach's goal looked a bit too open when Arnaldo Beturian came free, but Emil Arendarski reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. The audience thought a goal was coming when Hector Montrel got free with Serafim Eanes in the 88th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. The referee blew the final whistle, and the away crowd roared, having watched Monte Hermoso Beach eke out a victory against a very well matched opponent.
