The SuperChango fans' excitement grew in the 14th match minute when SuperChango's Tudur Fitriansyah looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 2-0 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. A throw-in in the 17th minute of the game was made by Denis Ibañez with Tiburcio Txanton as target, who quickly passed the ball forward. An unexpectedly hard shot by Saturnino Lehior in the 20th minute of play forced SuperChango's goalkeeper Luiz Fernando Branco to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. If Casimiro Ieltxu had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 21st minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Ariel Ponc didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Tudur Fitriansyah went, in the 28th minute, to the upper right corner, 3-0 was the resulting score. Tudur Fitriansyah got in the 31st a clear chance and fired away a hard shot against goal, but Ariel Ponc handled the situation perfectly and made a save by the crossbar. If Saturnino Lehior had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 32nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. In the 43rd minute Saturnino Lehior shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Luiz Fernando Branco saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Álvaro Puch hit a great freekick 44 minutes into the match. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 4-0 at half-time.

Villa Mitre City's Imam Sarwono was substituted for Long Yuan Di. The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when James Madison stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. In the 53rd minute, Tudur Fitriansyah ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Ariel Ponc was frozen by the shot and now it was 5-0. Tudur Fitriansyah blasted a shot towards the goal in the 78th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Ariel Ponc having to make a save. James Madison could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 79th minute of the match, but Luiz Fernando Branco made a huge save. Mauricio Macías might have been able to make a better finish in the 84th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Luiz Fernando Branco. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Mauricio Macías ran back to his position shaking his head. Ariel Ponc took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Tudur Fitriansyah, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 91stth minute of the game Mauricio Macías who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but SuperChango's Luiz Fernando Branco was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. In the 95th minute, Tudur Fitriansyah left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The SuperChango fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 7-1. In the 97th minute, Álvaro Puch hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. The home crowd let out a huge roar when the referee blew for the end of the game. SuperChango were victorious despite being under pressure from Villa Mitre City for much of the match.
