The audience was convinced that Maximino Arnau's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Arnulfo Nataniel was relentless in the 12th minute of the game. Ulises Gutierrez took the ball and in the 14 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Arnulfo Nataniel. Arnulfo Nataniel dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-1. 23 minutes into the match, Ulises Gutierrez had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Arnulfo Nataniel. Cachiyuyo EAS's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Ulises Gutierrez was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 0-3. Delmiro Fernandez received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 25th minute. Arnulfo Nataniel tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 31st minute Ulises Gutierrez shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Arnulfo Nataniel saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After 32 played minutes Cachiyuyo EAS got a freekick which was hit by Elvio Etor. An unexpectedly hard shot by Maximino Arnau in the 33rd minute of play forced Cachiyuyo EAS's goalkeeper Arnulfo Nataniel to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After a rather tough play, Cachiyuyo EAS's Feo Perro got a free kick in the 34th minute. If Sergio Derwin had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 39th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Narciso Jenaro fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 44th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Arnulfo Nataniel having to interfere. Arnulfo Nataniel showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Maximino Arnau, who was totally free with the ball in the 46th minute. The Cachiyuyo EAS players were disheartened as they walked off the pitch after the first half. MARIANO MORENO DE JUNÍN were winning 0-4.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Luciano Iraido to strike the kick off in the second half. Arnulfo Nataniel made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 0-5. After some fancy dribbling in the 67th minute, Ulises Gutierrez managed to get in a good position for a shot. MARIANO MORENO DE JUNÍN's supporters rose to their feet, but Ulises Gutierrez was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Arnulfo Nataniel breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Arnulfo Nataniel took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Delmiro Fernandez, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Arnulfo Nataniel made a fantastic save in the 80th minute, when Ulises Gutierrez sent off a good shot on target. In the 81st minute of the match MARIANO MORENO DE JUNÍN got a corner. Cachiyuyo EAS's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Narciso Jenaro ran over to the corner to take the kick. The audience thought a goal was coming when Delmiro Fernandez got free with Arnulfo Nataniel in the 82nd minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Cachiyuyo EAS's Arnulfo Nataniel proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 84th minute of the match, managed to save Cachiyuyo EAS from getting a goal against them. The crowd rose to their feet as Ulises Gutierrez kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Arnulfo Nataniel. That made the score 0-6 in the 84 minute of play. Ulises Gutierrez received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 92nd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. MARIANO MORENO DE JUNÍN played a much better game than Cachiyuyo EAS and deserved their victory. The Cachiyuyo EAS players were clearly disappointed as they left the ground.
