After some careless play in the Caballeritos del Baile defense, Julian Raymundo kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Angelo Urtsua. The Caballeritos del Baile fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Angelo Urtsua should have stopped the shot. In the 15th minute, Elvio Larpe hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Q. T. I.'s Alirio Ducoing played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Jairo Deunoro in the 18th minute of play. Anibal Lluques struck a weak shot in the 26th minute. Angelo Urtsua didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Q. T. I.. Angelo Urtsua made a fantastic save in the 27th minute, when Julian Raymundo sent off a good shot on target. Alirio Ducoing made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Jairo Deunoro in the 32nd minute of play. Honorio Erasto received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 36th minute. Alirio Ducoing tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Julian Raymundo in the 41st managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Angelo Urtsua saved Caballeritos del Baile from getting behind. In the 44th minute, Honorio Erasto hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Q. T. I. made a substitution. Horacio Dolfo replaced Leopoldo Vermudo. All the noise was coming from the home fans when the whistle went for half-time. The home team had fought hardest to put themselves in a deserved lead.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Jairo Deunoro was the one to do the kick off. Alirio Ducoing made a fantastic save in the 53rd minute, when Jairo Deunoro sent off a good shot on target. Carlos Sergi kicked well hit freekick during the 56th minute of the match. Alirio Ducoing made an important save on a dangerous shot by Jairo Deunoro in the 64th minute. After a rather tough play, Q. T. I.'s Anibal Lluques got a free kick in the 67th minute. Q. T. I.'s Faustino Txerran was substituted for Carlos Sergi. Caballeritos del Baile made a substitution. Maximiliano Ramirez replaced Jairo Deunoro. After 68 played minutes Q. T. I. got a freekick which was hit by Anibal Lluques. An unexpectedly hard shot by Anibal Lluques in the 70th minute of play forced Caballeritos del Baile's goalkeeper Angelo Urtsua to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 72ndth minute of the game Maximiliano Ramirez who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Q. T. I.'s Alirio Ducoing was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Angelo Urtsua made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Casimiro Guillelmus in the 75th minute of play. The audience was convinced that Maximiliano Ramirez's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Alirio Ducoing was relentless in the 78th minute of the game. A sloppy throw-in by Justo Florian in the 86th minute of the game went astray and was snapped up by Caballeritos del Baile's Luisito Gaizkine. In the 87th match minute, Q. T. I. was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Jonas Henrico to maneuver through the defense. 91 minutes into the match, Q. T. I.'s goalkeeper Alirio Ducoing had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Maximiliano Ramirez. A hard shot 91 in the game by Maximiliano Ramirez from a close distance when the talented Alirio Ducoing managed to make a qualified save. Q. T. I.'s players were relieved. Angelo Urtsua took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Casimiro Guillelmus, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. When the referee ended the match the Q. T. I. players were able to celebrate. They had won a fair victory and recieved the ovations of their fans.
