Sαηgrε Azuɭ's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Cesar Romildo was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 1-2. Gogo Elequemedo's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Bernhardt Reshauge read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 31st minute of play. Sαηgrε Azuɭ's Cordario Vivero was substituted for Ignacio Hori. 35 minutes into the match, Sαηgrε Azuɭ's goal looked a bit too open when Cesar Romildo came free, but Bernhardt Reshauge reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. If Cirilo Virila had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 38th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Kleopas Plouffe made a fantastic save in the 38th minute, when Cirilo Virila sent off a good shot on target. An unexpectedly hard shot by Benicio Tabby in the 44th minute of play forced Defensores de Mar de Ajó's goalkeeper Kleopas Plouffe to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Disappointed in the 1-2 score, the home team went to the dressing room to adjust tactics for the second half.

Kleopas Plouffe took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Cirilo Virila, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Bernhardt Reshauge made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Gogo Elequemedo in the 57th minute of play. After 78 minutes of play, Sαηgrε Azuɭ's Ur Cabral made it 2-2 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Kleopas Plouffe was left in no man's land by his defense there! Defensores de Mar de Ajó's Slimane Faudel was substituted for Blas Giunta. After some careless play in the Sαηgrε Azuɭ defense, Cesar Romildo kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Bernhardt Reshauge. The Sαηgrε Azuɭ fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Bernhardt Reshauge should have stopped the shot. Kleopas Plouffe showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Conrado Rodriguez, who was totally free with the ball in the 90th minute. The supporters of Sαηgrε Azuɭ booed when Defensores de Mar de Ajó was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 92 match minutes in a wonderful position. Rene Sazon didn't get a good kick on the ball. Both teams had looked equal from kick-off, and no-one was surprised when the match finally ended in a draw.
