It was Santos Hug who took care of the corner kick. Desiderio Montel stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Alberto Aznar's shot from short distance in the 10th minute. In the 14th minute Defensores de Mar de Ajó were awarded a corner. Santos Hug went to the cornerflag to take it. A well-hit corner resulted in Rene Sazon heading the ball towards the goal, but to his dismay he misdirected it and missed the goal completely. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Gogo Elequemedo in the 17th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Desiderio Montel saved Village Saint Charles FRC from getting behind. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Gogo Elequemedo in the 18th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Desiderio Montel prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Defensores de Mar de Ajó's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Santos Hug in the 19th minute. The corner ended in Rene Sazon almost managing to get the ball behind the net, but Village Saint Charles FRC's Desiderio Montel did a great save. Kleopas Plouffe took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Pál Pintér, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Desiderio Montel showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Cesar Romildo, who was totally free with the ball in the 22nd minute. Michael Corleone recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 24th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. An unexpectedly hard shot by Michael Corleone in the 29th minute of play forced Defensores de Mar de Ajó's goalkeeper Kleopas Plouffe to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Defensores de Mar de Ajó's Kleopas Plouffe played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Hector Herensuge in the 30th minute of play. If Pál Pintér had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 31st minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 34th minute Alberto Aznar shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Desiderio Montel saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. When the match had gone on for 35 minutes, Michael Corleone took a quick shot and it went in 2-0 without a chance for Kleopas Plouffe to make any attempt to save it. The audience thought a goal was coming when Pál Pintér got free with Kleopas Plouffe in the 39th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. In the 39th minute, Village Saint Charles FRC's Pál Pintér dribbled the ball into the box and hit a shot with the outside of his foot, sending the keeper the wrong way. 3-0. In the 41st match minute, Defensores de Mar de Ajó was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Gogo Elequemedo to maneuver through the defense. In the 44th minute Cesar Romildo shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Desiderio Montel saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Af the end of the first half the score was 3-1. The first half had gone as expected for the home team.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Gogo Elequemedo was the one to do the kick off. In the 51st minute, Alberto Aznar reached a very good position and smashed the ball with a huge effort into the net, just to the left of Desiderio Montel. The goal made the score 3-2. Desiderio Montel showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Alberto Aznar in the 54th minute of the match. Gogo Elequemedo recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 56th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. 62 minutes into the match, Village Saint Charles FRC's goal looked a bit too open when Gogo Elequemedo came free, but Desiderio Montel reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Gogo Elequemedo could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 63rd minute of the match, but Desiderio Montel made a huge save. After 64 played minutes Defensores de Mar de Ajó got a freekick which was hit by Rogelio Jaen. Defensores de Mar de Ajó's Gogo Elequemedo got a good chance for a goal in the 66th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Desiderio Montel made a fantastic save in the 68th minute, when Gogo Elequemedo sent off a good shot on target. The crowd rose to their feet as Gogo Elequemedo kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Desiderio Montel. That made the score 3-3 in the 70 minute of play. In the 74th minute Cesar Romildo shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Desiderio Montel saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 79th match minute, Defensores de Mar de Ajó was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Rogelio Jaen to maneuver through the defense. An unexpectedly hard shot by Pedro Luiz da Rocha in the 83rd minute of play forced Defensores de Mar de Ajó's goalkeeper Kleopas Plouffe to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Kleopas Plouffe showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Gerasimos Tzanetakos in the 85th minute of the match. Kleopas Plouffe made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from 严傲飞 in the 91st minute of play. With a little luck, Village Saint Charles FRC's Desiderio Montel got control of the ball when Gogo Elequemedo tried to sneak it across the goal line. The Village Saint Charles FRC supporters were disappointed that their team didn't take anything from the match, despite matching Defensores de Mar de Ajó's performance. The match ended with a win for Defensores de Mar de Ajó.
