Anibal Lluques could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 5th minute of the match, but Dragomir Marchovski made a huge save. Q. T. I.'s Paulo Txatxu played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Pavel Balc in the 15th minute of play. Anibal Lluques scored 1-1 in the 21st match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Dragomir Marchovski, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Anibal Lluques in the 26th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Dragomir Marchovski prevented the ball from getting in the gole. 27 minutes into the match, Pavel Balc had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Paulo Txatxu. Q. T. I.'s manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Pavel Balc was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 1-2. Stone City's Dragomir Marchovski played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Maximino Lorenz in the 32nd minute of play. In the 35th minute Pavel Balc shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Paulo Txatxu saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 36 minutes had been played when some careless play by Q. T. I.'s defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. Dalmacio Rufio was slow to take the kick. During this time Stone City's players had a chance to rest. A sloppy throw-in by Derek Yu in the 40th minute of the game went astray and was snapped up by Q. T. I.'s Lisandro Abeita. Paulo Txatxu showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Chu Wen Le in the 46th minute of the match. The Q. T. I. players were disheartened as they walked off the pitch after the first half. Stone City were winning 1-2.

Stone City made a substitution. Amanda Ingesson replaced Derek Yu. Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Pavel Balc to make the kick off. After 55 played minutes Q. T. I. got a freekick which was hit by Horacio Dolfo. In the 60th minute Pavel Balc shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Paulo Txatxu saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Dragomir Marchovski showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Maximino Lorenz in the 64th minute of the match. Dragomir Marchovski made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Anibal Lluques in the 66th minute of play. In the 68th minute of the match Julian Raymundo shot from a long distance. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Dragomir Marchovski showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. When Carlos Sergi fell near the penalty area in the 69th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Q. T. I.'s protests and gave Carlos Sergi a yellow card for diving instead. In the 69th minute, Carlos Sergi hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Q. T. I. made a substitution. Faustino Txerran replaced Carlos Sergi. Stone City's Marcus Lindström was substituted for Chu Wen Le. After 71 played minutes Q. T. I. got a freekick which was hit by Carlos Sergi. Mauricio Joseph was astounded when the referee showed him the red card after a seemingly innocent challenge, 84 minutes into the match. 89 minutes into the game, Q. T. I.'s Anibal Lluques nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Dragomir Marchovski made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 2-3.
