Caetano Linhares's late challenge caught a Timo!'s player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Caetano Linhares helped the player get up and apologised. Timo! made a substitution. Angelino Oihan replaced Tadeusz Merski. Caetano Linhares kicked well hit freekick during the 6th minute of the match. In the 7th minute of the match Ilie Hurmuz sent off a long shot with destination to the right of the goalkeeper, but Camilo Salvidor skillfully saved the ball. In the 10th minute, Peter Söderqwist got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. In the 13th minute the ball was on its way in behind Timo!'s goalkeeper Elpidio Amor, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Elpidio Amor came out of the goal in the 13th minute to try and stop a shot by Menchu FC's Gabriele Batistuta. But to his dismay, Gabriele Batistuta quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-1. An unexpectedly hard shot by Gabriele Batistuta in the 20th minute of play forced Timo!'s goalkeeper Elpidio Amor to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 21st minute Angelino Oihan shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Camilo Salvidor saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Elpidio Amor showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Gabriele Batistuta in the 26th minute of the match. Camilo Salvidor made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Cihat Canbek in the 30th minute of play. Camilo Salvidor was out of position in the 32 minute of play, and Cihat Canbek capitalized on the mistake with a soft shot into the goal. Cihat Canbek really showed his touch with that goal: 1-1. In the 35th minute of the game Filiph Asplund made a throw-in which Ilie Hurmuz played forward. Camilo Salvidor took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Cihat Canbek, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. An unexpectedly hard shot by Ilie Hurmuz in the 44th minute of play forced Menchu FC's goalkeeper Camilo Salvidor to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After fighting hard for a draw in the first half, the players were able to take a much needed rest.

After 51 minutes of play, Timo!'s Cihat Canbek made it 2-1 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Camilo Salvidor was left in no man's land by his defense there! Felipe Venerando hit a great freekick 56 minutes into the match. Elpidio Amor made an important save on a dangerous shot by Caetano Linhares in the 59th minute. After 61 minutes of play, Timo!'s Ilie Hurmuz made it 3-1 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Camilo Salvidor was left in no man's land by his defense there! Dževad Kasimović took the ball and in the 69 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Camilo Salvidor. Camilo Salvidor dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 4-1. Menchu FC made a substitution. Arturo Roderigo replaced Primitivo Rocendo. Menchu FC made a substitution. Gaston Firmo replaced Peter Söderqwist. Elpidio Amor came out of the goal in the 74th minute to try and stop a shot by Menchu FC's Gaston Firmo. But to his dismay, Gaston Firmo quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 4-2. Timo!'s Elpidio Amor played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Gabriele Batistuta in the 77th minute of play. After 78 minutes of play, Timo!'s Dževad Kasimović made it 5-2 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Camilo Salvidor was left in no man's land by his defense there! 82 minutes into the match, Timo!'s goal looked a bit too open when Gaston Firmo came free, but Elpidio Amor reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After some careless play in the Menchu FC defense, Håkan Skager kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Camilo Salvidor. The Menchu FC fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Camilo Salvidor should have stopped the shot. Camilo Salvidor showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Ilie Hurmuz, who was totally free with the ball in the 89th minute. An unexpectedly hard shot by Håkan Skager in the 90th minute of play forced Menchu FC's goalkeeper Camilo Salvidor to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 91 minutes into the match, Menchu FC's goal looked a bit too open when Dževad Kasimović came free, but Camilo Salvidor reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Carlos Campelo hit a great freekick 93 minutes into the match. Menchu FC's players left the field with heads hung low after losing a match that had been finely balanced throughout.
