Alvaro Raymond's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Astor Odon read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 18th minute of play. Emanuel Lucila made a great header on Despidida AFC's corner, it was just that Ψ MΞRTIAN FC Ψ's Astor Odon managed to reach the ball for a save. After 27 played minutes Ψ MΞRTIAN FC Ψ got a freekick which was hit by Genaro Ederono. Astor Odon showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Alvaro Raymond, who was totally free with the ball in the 31st minute. In the 32nd minute, Kajetan Gdowik got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Astor Odon came out of the goal in the 34th minute to try and stop a shot by Despidida AFC's Alvaro Raymond. But to his dismay, Alvaro Raymond quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-1. In the 39th minute Everardo Milian shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Fernando Selatse saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Ψ MΞRTIAN FC Ψ's Astor Odon played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Alvaro Raymond in the 44th minute of play. The crowd rose to their feet as Alexandre Santana kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Fernando Selatse. That made the score 1-1 in the 45 minute of play. The first half was very even, with the score at 1-1 when the whistle went for half-time. The players welcomed the break and quickly retired to the dressing rooms.

Emanuel Lucila was slow to take the kick. During this time Despidida AFC's players had a chance to rest. Ψ MΞRTIAN FC Ψ's Astor Odon played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Alvaro Raymond in the 56th minute of play.
