Aristides Boniel's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Carlos Claris read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 13th minute of play. Naim Cheche scored 0-1 in the 14th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Tadeo Udalaitz, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. After a rather tough play, Super Penalitop's Tomas Abaurre got a free kick in the 17th minute. With a little luck, Super Penalitop's Carlos Claris got control of the ball when Alberto Lizer tried to sneak it across the goal line. Carlos Claris made an important save on a dangerous shot by Alberto Lizer in the 22nd minute. In the 47th minute, Ladislao Berart hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. The Machine Gun Kelly players were disheartened as they walked off the pitch after the first half. Super Penalitop were winning 0-1.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Conrado Erramun stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. In the 55th minute Conrado Erramun shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Carlos Claris saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Carlos Claris showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Conrado Erramun in the 59th minute of the match. 61 minutes into the match, Machine Gun Kelly's goal looked a bit too open when Naim Cheche came free, but Tadeo Udalaitz reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Super Penalitop's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Edgard Teles in the 90th minute. Andre Iniesta was in a good position and managed to take a shot, but he missed just to the outside of the post. Roberto Luna kicked well hit freekick during the 94th minute of the match. When the final whistle sounded Super Penalitop left the ground with the victory after a much better performance than Machine Gun Kelly.
