Juan Raúl Amuchástegui scored 1-0 in the 3rd match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Sebastian Quirce, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Sebastian Quirce showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Juan Raúl Amuchástegui in the 6th minute of the match. In the 6th minute Juan Raúl Amuchástegui shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Sebastian Quirce saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Pan FC's Sebastian Quirce played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Victoriano Lia in the 8th minute of play. Tottenham Hotspurs's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Ahmet Tolga Fidan in the 10th minute. Sebastian Quirce took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Juan Raúl Amuchástegui, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Sebastian Quirce made an important save on a dangerous shot by Anfilogino Palma in the 15th minute. Teobald Jajko made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Antonio Sabina in the 22nd minute of play. After 22 minutes of play, Pan FC's Antonio Sabina made it 1-1 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Teobald Jajko was left in no man's land by his defense there! After a rather tough play, Tottenham Hotspurs's Belmiro da Fonseca got a free kick in the 28th minute. With a little luck, Pan FC's Sebastian Quirce got control of the ball when Anfilogino Palma tried to sneak it across the goal line. Sebastian Quirce made an important save on a dangerous shot by Feng Bo Ling in the 36th minute. The supporters of Tottenham Hotspurs booed when Pan FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 40 match minutes in a wonderful position. Nelson Hawley didn't get a good kick on the ball. Antonio Sabina's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Teobald Jajko read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 45th minute of play. The first half was very even, with the score at 1-1 when the whistle went for half-time. The players welcomed the break and quickly retired to the dressing rooms.

Pan FC's Erki Uba was substituted for Antonio Sabina. Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Anfilogino Palma to make the kick off. Teobald Jajko made a fantastic save in the 54th minute, when Arnaldo Urtzi sent off a good shot on target. Pan FC's Sebastian Quirce played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Feng Bo Ling in the 57th minute of play. 57 minutes in the game, Feng Bo Ling dribbled his way through the penalty area and after maneuvering past an opponent, drilled a quick shot at the goal. The ball looked like it was going in, but it was hit a bit too hard and flew over the goal. In the 60th minute Attilio Limitone shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Sebastian Quirce saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. A nice corner shot did that Ahmet Tolga Fidan got away a dangerous shot. Despite this Sebastian Quirce quite easily got ahold of the ball to make the save. The throw-in from Rolando Diegotxe in the 65th minute of the game was unfortunally taken care of by Tottenham Hotspurs's Attilio Limitone. An unexpectedly hard shot by Anfilogino Palma in the 66th minute of play forced Pan FC's goalkeeper Sebastian Quirce to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Sebastian Quirce made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Ahmet Tolga Fidan in the 69th minute of play. Teobald Jajko came out of the goal in the 72nd minute to try and stop a shot by Pan FC's 许明卫. But to his dismay, 许明卫 quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-2. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling 许明卫 in the 77th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Teobald Jajko prevented the ball from getting in the gole. 许明卫 might have been able to make a better finish in the 79th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Teobald Jajko. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. 许明卫 ran back to his position shaking his head. Sebastian Quirce didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Gary Bale went, in the 82nd minute, to the upper right corner, 2-2 was the resulting score. Teobald Jajko made an important save on a dangerous shot by 许明卫 in the 86th minute. Pan FC were awarded a corner in the 87th minute after Tottenham Hotspurs's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. 许明卫 took the corner. The corner ended in 许明卫 almost managing to get the ball behind the net, but Tottenham Hotspurs's Teobald Jajko did a great save. An unexpectedly hard shot by Erki Uba in the 91st minute of play forced Tottenham Hotspurs's goalkeeper Teobald Jajko to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball.
