Vicky Donda showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Victoriano Chano, who was totally free with the ball in the 17th minute. Jeronimo Cresconio showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Casimiro Ugutz in the 18th minute of the match. 20 minutes into the game, Amado Rodriguez threw the ball into play from the sideline. Nouvelle Vague's Folke Billberg quickly snatched the ball and retained possesion. The audience thought a goal was coming when Victoriano Chano got free with Vicky Donda in the 23rd minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Nouvelle Vague's Vicky Donda proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 26th minute of the match, managed to save Nouvelle Vague from getting a goal against them. The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Casimiro Ugutz stepped up to make the kick off in the second half.
