In the 7th minute Teofilo Iyan shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Dan Wennerqvist saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After a defensive mix-up in Soroca F.C.'s zone, Tiburcio Bibiano stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Dan Wennerqvist came out of the goal and Tiburcio Bibiano tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Soroca F.C.'s Adrián Espadas got a good chance for a goal in the 10th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Soroca F.C.'s Dan Wennerqvist played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Tiburcio Bibiano in the 14th minute of play. In the 24th minute, Adrián Espadas made a precise shot to the right of Felix Txema. Black Sky FC's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 0-1. In the 29thth minute of the game Tiburcio Bibiano who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Soroca F.C.'s Dan Wennerqvist was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Even after changing tactics the home team jogged off the field with a 0-2 deficit. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.

After 50 played minutes Soroca F.C. got a freekick which was hit by Max Josef Justice. Arturo Ascencio struck a weak shot in the 51st minute. Teofilo Iyan went to the cornerflag to take it. Felix Txema took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Răzvan Necula, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. 66 minutes into the match, Black Sky FC's goal looked a bit too open when Răzvan Necula came free, but Felix Txema reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Soroca F.C.'s players went to the stands to thank the travelling support. The fan's backing had helped spurr the team on to a fine performance that won them the match.
