Fermin Dolfo received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 31st minute. Kang Ying Hai tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 41st minute, Mikolaj Giertych ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Basri İhtiyar was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-1. 46 minutes into the game, Mikolaj Giertych cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 0-2. Basri İhtiyar was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Mikolaj Giertych to make the kick off. Basri İhtiyar stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Mikolaj Giertych's shot from short distance in the 51st minute.
