Sébastien Frey took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Rodolfo Atarrabi, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After 88 minutes TORQUE F.C.'s defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Amador Venceslao who took care of the corner kick. A well-hit corner resulted in Răzvan Necula heading the ball towards the goal, but to his dismay he misdirected it and missed the goal completely. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Răzvan Necula in the 93rd minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Sébastien Frey prevented the ball from getting in the gole. In the 95th minute Dave Mancinelli shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Dan Wennerqvist saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 2-2 became the score in the 95th minute when Dave Mancinelli elegantly shot the ball into goal just under the crossbar.
