It was Candido Txomin who took care of the corner kick. Candido Txomin made a great header on Vodka Juniors's corner, it was just that GFK Osogovo's Jerzy Cetnar managed to reach the ball for a save. The audience was convinced that Placido Polo's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Jerzy Cetnar was relentless in the 96th minute of the game. When the match had gone on for 98 minutes, Ingvar Lund took a quick shot and it went in 1-1 without a chance for Tasos Brizolakos to make any attempt to save it. GFK Osogovo were unable to convert their possession into goals, allowing Vodka Juniors to leave the ground with a draw.
