After 2 minutes of play, the referee blew the whistle. It was a penalty for Şuşa MKT! When the match had been going on for 4 minutes, Α.Ο. Σύρου FC's Babbis Tsalouchidis got an opportunity to shoot a penalty. He stayed cool and waited for the goalkeeper to move, before he confidently shot the ball into the goal, to the left of Räsul Äsädli. During the 9th minute of the match Camal Daşdıyev completely mistimed his tackle and brought down his opponent. The referee gave Camal Daşdıyev a yellow card, his second in the match, which meant he could no longer take part in the game. 9 minutes into the game, one of Şuşa MKT:s players got tackled near the goal, and the referee blew for a penalty. Müşfiq Sadixov fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 16th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Thodoris Liolidis having to interfere. Thodoris Liolidis didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Müşfiq Sadixov went, in the 20th minute, to the upper right corner, 2-1 was the resulting score. In the 23rd minute, Fivos Kolokithopoulos hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 5-1 at half-time.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Ermis Vasilomichelakis made a kick off. After 52 played minutes Şuşa MKT got a freekick which was hit by Sahib Qurbanov. 55 minutes into the match, Şuşa MKT's goal looked a bit too open when Ermis Vasilomichelakis came free, but Räsul Äsädli reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Räsul Äsädli made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Gigel Schiau in the 60th minute of play. Räsul Äsädli came out of the goal in the 63rd minute to try and stop a shot by Α.Ο. Σύρου FC's Ermis Vasilomichelakis. But to his dismay, Ermis Vasilomichelakis quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 6-1. An unexpectedly hard shot by Alejandro Avellaneda in the 70th minute of play forced Şuşa MKT's goalkeeper Räsul Äsädli to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After 71 minutes of play, Α.Ο. Σύρου FC's Gigel Schiau made it 7-1 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Räsul Äsädli was left in no man's land by his defense there! After 83 played minutes Α.Ο. Σύρου FC got a freekick which was hit by Alejandro Avellaneda. In the 91st minute, Ermis Vasilomichelakis made a precise shot to the right of Räsul Äsädli. Şuşa MKT's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 10-1. 96 minutes into the game, Α.Ο. Σύρου FC's Ermis Vasilomichelakis nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Räsul Äsädli made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 11-1.
