A very good chance. 11 minutes into the match, Kilmaley AFC's goal looked a bit too open when Teddy Ramsey came free, but Ailill Moran reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 14th match minute, Kilmaley AFC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Brenda McBrand to maneuver through the defense. In the 18th minute, Bree McDecland made a precise shot to the right of Ailill Moran. Kilmaley AFC's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 0-1. Ailill Moran showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Keegan Palmer, who was totally free with the ball in the 21st minute. After a defensive mix-up in Sheskinapoll's zone, Caimin McWill stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Scott Mulvihill came out of the goal and Caimin McWill tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. 25 minutes into the game, Kilmaley AFC's Caimin McWill nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Scott Mulvihill made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 1-1. When Caimin McWill came up free with the goalie in the 28th minute, the Kilmaley AFC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Caimin McWill couldn't finish the play. Bree McDecland scored 1-2 in the 30th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Ailill Moran, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. If Barhart Savic had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 34th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Caimin McWill fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 36th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Scott Mulvihill having to interfere. Scott Mulvihill made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Caimin McWill in the 38th minute of play. In the 43rd minute, Jarlath Moran hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. When Caimin McWill came up free with the goalie in the 46th minute, the Kilmaley AFC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Caimin McWill couldn't finish the play. Caimin McWill sent away a hard shot on goal in the 47th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. The Kilmaley AFC players were disheartened as they walked off the pitch after the first half. Sheskinapoll were winning 1-2.

Jarlath Moran fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 53rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Ailill Moran having to interfere. Ailill Moran made a fantastic save in the 58th minute, when Keegan Palmer sent off a good shot on target. A collision led to Sheskinapoll getting a freekick after 58 minutes play. Harrington Tierney hit a great ball. Ailill Moran took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Jarlath Moran, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Caimin McWill might have been able to make a better finish in the 65th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Scott Mulvihill. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Caimin McWill ran back to his position shaking his head. A collision led to Kilmaley AFC getting a freekick after 79 minutes play. Braeden Jameson hit a great ball. Jarlath Moran struck a weak shot in the 81st minute. Ailill Moran didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Sheskinapoll. Jarlath Moran was extremely unlucky when he, in the 83rd minute, took a shot that hit the right post and went out. Ailill Moran made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Jarlath Moran in the 86th minute of play. When Harrington Tierney fell near the penalty area in the 88th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Sheskinapoll's protests and gave Harrington Tierney a yellow card for diving instead. 87 minutes into the game, one of Sheskinapoll:s players got tackled near the goal, and the referee blew for a penalty. Caimin McWill sent away a hard shot on goal in the 96th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Neither set of supporters seemed pleased with the draw, but both teams had played equally well today.
