The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. Beto Breckenfeld made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Claude Goubert in the 3rd minute of play. After a rather tough play, Astralis FC's Rigoberto Munster got a free kick in the 13th minute. 18 minutes into the game, Leonel Zammit cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 2-0. Beto Breckenfeld was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. An unexpectedly hard shot by Claude Goubert in the 22nd minute of play forced Minai's goalkeeper Beto Breckenfeld to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 24 minutes into the match, Erwin Levet had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Beto Breckenfeld. Minai's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Erwin Levet was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 3-0. Beto Breckenfeld was out of position in the 28 minute of play, and Hu Jian Yi capitalized on the mistake with a soft shot into the goal. Hu Jian Yi really showed his touch with that goal: 4-0. After 31 minutes, Lucio Mahns mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Astralis FC and the Minai players grew even worse after the yellow card. 33 minutes into the match, Astralis FC's goal looked a bit too open when Adrianinho Vasconcelos came free, but Tzolo Pisarski reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Beto Breckenfeld took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Hu Jian Yi, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 38th play minute Gregorio Elija came free and shot an unsuspected shot which went into goal from the right pole behind a surprised Beto Breckenfeld. 5-0. With his leg Beto Breckenfeld managed to avoid a goal in the 43rdth minute, when Astralis FC's Erwin Levet fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side. José Pedro de Senna charged in rather forcefully in the 44th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed José Pedro de Senna the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. The supporters of Astralis FC booed when Minai was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 44 match minutes in a wonderful position. José Pedro de Senna didn't get a good kick on the ball. Beto Breckenfeld made a fantastic save in the 46th minute, when Erwin Levet sent off a good shot on target. Af the end of the first half the score was 5-0. The first half had gone as expected for the home team.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Erwin Levet made a kick off. Minai's Beto Breckenfeld played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Hu Jian Yi in the 51st minute of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Gregorio Elija in the 52nd minute of play forced Minai's goalkeeper Beto Breckenfeld to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 58th minute, Hu Jian Yi left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Astralis FC fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 6-0. José Pedro de Senna hit a great freekick 60 minutes into the match. After 66 minutes of play, Astralis FC's Erwin Levet made it 8-0 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Beto Breckenfeld was left in no man's land by his defense there! With a couple of smart ball manuevers Adrianinho Vasconcelos in the 71st managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Tzolo Pisarski saved Astralis FC from getting behind. Antonio Pedroso kicked well hit freekick during the 72nd minute of the match. Minai made a substitution. In the 89th minute Hu Jian Yi shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Beto Breckenfeld saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. With a little luck, Astralis FC's Tzolo Pisarski got control of the ball when Daniel Penha tried to sneak it across the goal line. In the 93rd minute, Hu Jian Yi left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Astralis FC fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 10-0. Beto Breckenfeld showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Gregorio Elija in the 96th minute of the match. There was no doubt that Astralis FC were the better team. Astralis FC's players enjoyed the ovations of the crowd after the victory.
