In the 9th minute, Leonel Zammit hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After a rather tough play, Astralis FC's Gregorio Elija got a free kick in the 10th minute. Tzolo Pisarski stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Thilo Bopp's shot from short distance in the 13th minute. Erwin Levet blasted a shot towards the goal in the 14th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Ede Süßmann having to make a save. Ede Süßmann took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Erwin Levet, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. 24 minutes into the match, Hu Jian Yi notched a goal, 0-2, to the right of Westerland FC's Ede Süßmann. Ede Süßmann was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. An unexpectedly hard shot by Hu Jian Yi in the 28th minute of play forced Westerland FC's goalkeeper Ede Süßmann to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. If Hu Jian Yi had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 31st minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Westerland FC's Ede Süßmann played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Hu Jian Yi in the 36th minute of play. After 36 minutes of play, Astralis FC's Hu Jian Yi made it 0-4 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Ede Süßmann was left in no man's land by his defense there! Ede Süßmann showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Hu Jian Yi, who was totally free with the ball in the 40th minute. Hu Jian Yi might have been able to make a better finish in the 41st minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Ede Süßmann. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Hu Jian Yi ran back to his position shaking his head. Ede Süßmann made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Hu Jian Yi in the 41st minute of play. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Erwin Levet in the 42nd managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Ede Süßmann saved Westerland FC from getting behind. Raphael Hoersch sent away a hard shot on goal in the 44th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After the first half Astralis FC were leading 0-4. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Erwin Levet to make the kick off. 52 minutes into the match, Astralis FC's Hu Jian Yi sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Ede Süßmann narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Gregorio Elija sent away a hard shot on goal in the 53rd minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. Erwin Levets short, quick shot in the 54thth minute got Ede Süßmann to make great effort and bar the ball away from getting in. If Erwin Levet had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 55th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After 57 minutes, Erwin Levet made it 0-5 with a short kick to the right side. Westerland FC's Ede Süßmann tried to save the shot but he was too slow in reacting to the shot. 62 minutes into the game, Hu Jian Yi lined in a short shot 0-6 behind a frustrated Ede Süßmann. The supporters of Astralis FC booed when Westerland FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 64 match minutes in a wonderful position. Ronaldo Bomm didn't get a good kick on the ball. After recieving a nice pass, Astralis FC's Hu Jian Yi tried to score from far away in the 65th minute, but the ball went over the crossbar. A hard shot 68 in the game by Gregorio Elija from a close distance when the talented Ede Süßmann managed to make a qualified save. Westerland FC's players were relieved. After 75 played minutes Westerland FC got a freekick which was hit by Tim Metzner. Ede Süßmann made a fantastic save in the 76th minute, when Erwin Levet sent off a good shot on target. In the 76th minute, Astralis FC's Erwin Levet ran free of his marker and smoothly shot the ball into the goal behind Ede Süßmann. Ede Süßmann yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 0-7. Ede Süßmann made an important save on a dangerous shot by Erwin Levet in the 79th minute. When Astralis FC's Hu Jian Yi in the 83rd minute got a chance for a shot 83rd didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Westerland FC's goalie prevented a goal. After 87 minutes, Erwin Levet made it 0-8 with a short kick to the right side. Westerland FC's Ede Süßmann tried to save the shot but he was too slow in reacting to the shot. After 90 minutes, Erwin Levet made it 0-9 with a short kick to the right side.
