The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. Latif Uraltan showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Bannon McNamee, who was totally free with the ball in the 8th minute. When Alperen Özsu came up free with the goalie in the 13th minute, the Saphane FK fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Alperen Özsu couldn't finish the play. After some careless play in the Saphane FK defense, Bannon McNamee kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Latif Uraltan. The Saphane FK fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Latif Uraltan should have stopped the shot. Alkın Yücel kicked well hit freekick during the 21st minute of the match. Ros Ramsey made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Alperen Özsu in the 24th minute of play. Bannon McNamee sent away a hard shot on goal in the 26th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Mustafa Barış Gerdaneri's late challenge caught a Gabhran Utd's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Mustafa Barış Gerdaneri helped the player get up and apologised. In the 29th match minute, Saphane FK was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Mustafa Barış Gerdaneri to maneuver through the defense. In the 30thth minute of the game Bannon McNamee who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Saphane FK's Latif Uraltan was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Gabhran Utd's Bradaigh McJohnny was first on the ball when the corner was shot and he dangerously headed the ball towards goal, but Latif Uraltan in the goal jumped up to prevent it from getting in. Ros Ramsey took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Peyami Oğuzalp, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Disappointed in the 0-2 score, the home team went to the dressing room to adjust tactics for the second half.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Alperen Özsu was the one to do the kick off. In the 57th minute of the match Bradaigh McJohnny sent off a long shot with destination to the right of the goalkeeper, but Latif Uraltan skillfully saved the ball. After 59 played minutes Brannagh Bayes rounded Saphane FK's defense and shot a beautiful shot into goal via left pole - 0-3. In the 62nd minute, Alperen Özsu left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Saphane FK fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 1-3. Brannagh Bayes received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 66th minute. Latif Uraltan tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. The supporters of Gabhran Utd booed when Saphane FK was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 74 match minutes in a wonderful position. Ahmet Göktuğ Reşan didn't get a good kick on the ball. Bowie Crowe's late challenge caught a Saphane FK's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Bowie Crowe helped the player get up and apologised. In the 76th minute, Bowie Crowe hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Latif Uraltan made an important save on a dangerous shot by Bannon McNamee in the 79th minute. Peyami Oğuzalp struck a weak shot in the 81st minute. Ros Ramsey didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Saphane FK. Alperen Özsu recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 83rd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Alperen Özsu sent away a hard shot on goal in the 84th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. An unexpectedly hard shot by Alperen Özsu in the 87th minute of play forced Gabhran Utd's goalkeeper Ros Ramsey to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Gabhran Utd's Ros Ramsey played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Alperen Özsu in the 91st minute of play. Alperen Özsu sent away a hard shot on goal in the 94th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. During the 95th minute of the match Bowie Crowe completely mistimed his tackle and brought down his opponent. The referee gave Bowie Crowe a yellow card, his second in the match, which meant he could no longer take part in the game. In the 96th match minute, Gabhran Utd was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Bowie Crowe to maneuver through the defense. When the final whistle was heard the away supporters stood up and showed their joy. Gabhran Utd had managed to secure a win in what was a close match throughout.
