With a little luck, Tobantirenda's Laureano Osmundo got control of the ball when Keegan Palmer tried to sneak it across the goal line. Sheskinapoll's Scott Mulvihill played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Aurelio Jaizki in the 9th minute of play. Jesus Guillelmus fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 12th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Scott Mulvihill having to interfere. When Aureliano Figueroa fell near the penalty area in the 15th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Tobantirenda's protests and gave Aureliano Figueroa a yellow card for diving instead. Aureliano Figueroa hit a great freekick 16 minutes into the match. 17 minutes into the match, Tobantirenda's goalkeeper Laureano Osmundo had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Keegan Palmer. Tobantirenda's Laureano Osmundo played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Teddy Ramsey in the 18th minute of play. 20 minutes into the game, Sheskinapoll's Keegan Palmer nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Laureano Osmundo made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 1-0. If Keegan Palmer had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 23rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. The supporters of Sheskinapoll booed when Tobantirenda was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 24 match minutes in a wonderful position. Claudio Hitz didn't get a good kick on the ball. Laureano Osmundo showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Jarlath Moran, who was totally free with the ball in the 25th minute. If Jesus Guillelmus had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 26th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Aurelio Jaizki fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 28th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Scott Mulvihill having to interfere. Jesus Guillelmus sent away a hard shot on goal in the 31st minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. An unexpectedly hard shot by Alfonso Salomon in the 35th minute of play forced Sheskinapoll's goalkeeper Scott Mulvihill to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Sheskinapoll's Scott Mulvihill played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Claudio Hitz in the 38th minute of play. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Gearalt McAlphie during the 45th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. After a rather tough play, Sheskinapoll's Gearalt McAlphie got a free kick in the 45th minute. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Aurelio Jaizki in the 47th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Scott Mulvihill saved Sheskinapoll from getting behind. All the noise was coming from the home fans when the whistle went for half-time. The home team had fought hardest to put themselves in a deserved lead.

The wind increased when Aurelio Jaizki made the kick off in the second half. If Jarlath Moran had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 52nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After a rather tough play, Tobantirenda's Claudio Hitz got a free kick in the 53rd minute. After 56 minutes of play, Tobantirenda's Aurelio Jaizki made it 1-1 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Scott Mulvihill was left in no man's land by his defense there! 67 minutes into the match, Tobantirenda's Aurelio Jaizki sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Scott Mulvihill narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Tobantirenda's Laureano Osmundo played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Keegan Palmer in the 69th minute of play. Laureano Osmundo made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Jarlath Moran in the 72nd minute of play. After some fancy dribbling in the 74th minute, Claudio Hitz managed to get in a good position for a shot. Tobantirenda's supporters rose to their feet, but Claudio Hitz was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Scott Mulvihill breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Scott Mulvihill made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Aurelio Jaizki in the 81st minute of play. Claudio Hitz received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 82nd minute. Scott Mulvihill tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Aurelio Jaizki sent away a hard shot on goal in the 84th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. 86 minutes into the match, Sheskinapoll's goal looked a bit too open when Aurelio Jaizki came free, but Scott Mulvihill reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Elvio Gomez hit a great freekick 95 minutes into the match. Tobantirenda were unable to convert their possession into goals, allowing Sheskinapoll to leave the ground with a draw.
