Keegan Palmer's late challenge caught a Barca Lech's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. In the 17th minute of the match, Arkadiusz Wierzcholek tried to roll the ball into the goal by the right post, but Scott Mulvihill saw his intentions and got control of the ball before it passed the line. Boleslaw Oleszak made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Jarlath Moran in the 19th minute of play. Bartosz Babicki fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 20th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Scott Mulvihill having to interfere. Bartosz Babicki sent away a hard shot on goal in the 22nd minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. 24 minutes into the match, Teddy Ramsey had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Boleslaw Oleszak. Barca Lech's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Teddy Ramsey was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 1-2. Boleslaw Oleszak made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Jarlath Moran in the 28th minute of play. The supporters of Sheskinapoll booed when Barca Lech was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 31 match minutes in a wonderful position. Ziemowit Prosowski didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 33rd minute Teddy Ramsey shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Boleslaw Oleszak saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Scott Mulvihill showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Edmund Kowalski, who was totally free with the ball in the 34th minute. 45 minutes into the match, Sheskinapoll's goalkeeper Scott Mulvihill had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Ziemowit Prosowski. When Keegan Palmer was, once again, overly rough in his play he received his second yellow card and was ordered off the ground. 47 minutes had been played. After 47 played minutes Sheskinapoll got a freekick which was hit by Keegan Palmer. Arkadiusz Wierzcholek struck a weak shot in the 49th minute. Scott Mulvihill didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Barca Lech. After fighting hard for a draw in the first half, the players were able to take a much needed rest.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Jarlath Moran was the one to do the kick off. If Blake Dempsey had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 57th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Bartosz Babicki scored 3-2 in the 59th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Scott Mulvihill, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Bartosz Babicki in the 63rd managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Scott Mulvihill saved Sheskinapoll from getting behind. Scott Mulvihill made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Edmund Kowalski in the 67th minute of play. Bartosz Babicki fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 70th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Scott Mulvihill having to interfere. A collision led to Sheskinapoll getting a freekick after 73 minutes play. Teddy Ramsey hit a great ball. Bree McDecland sent away a hard shot on goal in the 77th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. Sheskinapoll's Teddy Ramsey got a good chance for a goal in the 80th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. If Arkadiusz Wierzcholek had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 82nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Scott Mulvihill took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Edmund Kowalski, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side.
