Itacaruaré FC's Gilberto Dacio played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Sebastian Käller in the 17th minute of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Joacim Hansson in the 20th minute of play forced Itacaruaré FC's goalkeeper Gilberto Dacio to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Nunez Alonso kicked well hit freekick during the 21st minute of the match. A throw-in in the 23rd minute of the game was made by Roque Orlan with Marcelo Gizon as target, who quickly passed the ball forward. In the 56th minute, Marcelo Gizon hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Gilberto Dacio made a fantastic save in the 58th minute, when Kjell Tingberg sent off a good shot on target. Gilberto Dacio made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Horea Boian in the 91st minute of play. Gilberto Dacio took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Östen Högman, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. 93 minutes into the match, Itacaruaré FC's goalkeeper Gilberto Dacio had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Kjell Tingberg. Itacaruaré FC's Gilberto Dacio proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 94th minute of the match, managed to save Itacaruaré FC from getting a goal against them. When the final whistle sounded Kind of Blue left the ground with the victory after a much better performance than Itacaruaré FC.
