Rogério Ceni was a little too slow when Zacarias Goleš got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 6th minute. The score was now 1-0. With a little luck, Belgrano LOS PIRATAS's Rogério Ceni got control of the ball when Mario Alberto Abascal tried to sneak it across the goal line. Rogério Ceni made a fantastic save in the 11th minute, when Mario Alberto Abascal sent off a good shot on target. In the last second Rogério Ceni throw himself and got hold of the ball when Zacarias Goleš in the 19thth minute from his position got away a shot towards the right post. Ariel Mourelatos made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Cumhur Günay in the 31st minute of play. 32 minutes into the match, Belgrano LOS PIRATAS's goal looked a bit too open when Zacarias Goleš came free, but Rogério Ceni reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Herbert Pracki sent away a hard shot on goal in the 34th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. Ariel Mourelatos took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Herbert Pracki, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Herbert Pracki struck a weak shot in the 35th minute. Ariel Mourelatos didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Belgrano LOS PIRATAS. Cumhur Günay kicked well hit freekick during the 39th minute of the match. Rogério Ceni made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Zacarias Goleš in the 40th minute of play. Ariel Mourelatos showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Herbert Pracki, who was totally free with the ball in the 47th minute. All the noise was coming from the home fans when the whistle went for half-time. The home team had fought hardest to put themselves in a deserved lead.

Belgrano LOS PIRATAS made a substitution. Guillermo Frank replaced Esteve Garin. The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Herbert Pracki stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. An unexpectedly hard shot by Héctor-Raul Manenti Fontán in the 53rd minute of play forced Belgrano LOS PIRATAS's goalkeeper Rogério Ceni to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Ariel Mourelatos made an important save on a dangerous shot by Cumhur Günay in the 55th minute. 58 minutes into the match, Belgrano LOS PIRATAS's goal looked a bit too open when Ádám Gebert came free, but Rogério Ceni reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. A collision led to Amboy FC getting a freekick after 60 minutes play. Héctor-Raul Manenti Fontán hit a great ball. In the 60th minute of the match Carroll Mansfield shot from a long distance. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Ariel Mourelatos showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. Cumhur Günay could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 64th minute of the match, but Ariel Mourelatos made a huge save. 67 minutes into the match, Amboy FC's goal looked a bit too open when Herbert Pracki came free, but Ariel Mourelatos reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Belgrano LOS PIRATAS's Fabricio Martino was substituted for Anibal Misael. In the 72nd minute Amboy FC were awarded a corner. Wang Hai went to the cornerflag to take it. In the 73rdth minute of the game Héctor-Raul Manenti Fontán who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Belgrano LOS PIRATAS's Rogério Ceni was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. When Amboy FC's Zacarias Goleš, in the 76th minute, received a pass right in front of the net, it looked like a certain goal, but his shot went outside. A wasted opportunity for Amboy FC. After 86 minutes of play, Belgrano LOS PIRATAS's Teodoro Hartz made it 1-1 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Ariel Mourelatos was left in no man's land by his defense there! 89 minutes into the game, Wang Hai threw the ball into play from the sideline. Belgrano LOS PIRATAS's Navin Dale quickly snatched the ball and retained possesion. Ariel Mourelatos made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Teodoro Hartz in the 90th minute of play. Amboy FC were furious when Sture Raknes was red carded, 92 minutes into the game, but the referee dismissed their protests. In the 92nd minute, one of Amboy FC:s players had the ball in front of the goal but got pushed and fell. The referee felt it was an obvious case and blew a penalty for Amboy FC. Amboy FC:s Ariel Mourelatos showed great skill when he stopped Teodoro Hartz:s penalty. 98 minutes into the match, Belgrano LOS PIRATAS's goal looked a bit too open when Zacarias Goleš came free, but Rogério Ceni reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Neither Amboy FC or Belgrano LOS PIRATAS succeeded in finding a winner during the second half. That meant the players faced another 30 minutes of extra-time.

With new strength the players walked out on the field for the first half of overtime. Zacarias Goleš in Amboy FC was the one to initiate the kick off. Teodoro Hartz received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 104th minute. Ariel Mourelatos tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 108th minute Teodoro Hartz shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Ariel Mourelatos saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After 114 played minutes Amboy FC got a freekick which was hit by Wang Hai. Teodoro Hartz took the ball and in the 117 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Ariel Mourelatos. Ariel Mourelatos dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 1-2. Belgrano LOS PIRATAS's supporters were very happy and cheered loudly because their team had won after a very close match.
