The audience thought a goal was coming when Xu Li Sang got free with Juan Estevez in the 3rd minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Dobromir Zagrodny who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 4thth minute tested the skills of Juan Estevez when he managed to save the team from getting behind. The audience thought a goal was coming when Xu Li Sang got free with Juan Estevez in the 6th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. With a little luck, Academia 1903's Juan Estevez got control of the ball when Xu Li Sang tried to sneak it across the goal line. After 9 minutes Academia 1903's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Ruy de Brito who took care of the corner kick. Juan Estevez was a little too slow when Durval de Queirós got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 11th minute. The score was now 1-0. With his leg Juan Estevez managed to avoid a goal in the 14thth minute, when Jovens Democratas MZC's Dobromir Zagrodny fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side. Candido Birjaio hit a great freekick 14 minutes into the match. 16 minutes into the game, Durval de Queirós cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 2-0. Juan Estevez was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Xu Li Sang took the ball and in the 19 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Juan Estevez. Juan Estevez dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 3-0. 22 minutes into the game, Xu Li Sang cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 4-0. Juan Estevez was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Academia 1903's Juan Estevez proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 25th minute of the match, managed to save Academia 1903 from getting a goal against them. In the 28th minute, Xu Li Sang reached a very good position and smashed the ball with a huge effort into the net, just to the left of Juan Estevez. The goal made the score 5-0. Xu Li Sang took the ball and in the 32 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Juan Estevez. Juan Estevez dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 6-0. Durval de Queirós took the ball and in the 35 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Juan Estevez. Xu Li Sang took the ball and in the 38 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Juan Estevez. Juan Estevez was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Fidel Tadzio hit a great freekick 45 minutes into the match. Dobromir Zagrodny fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 45th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Juan Estevez having to interfere. In the 47th minute Durval de Queirós shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Juan Estevez saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. All the noise was coming from the home fans when the whistle went for half-time. The home team had fought hardest to put themselves in a deserved lead.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Fidel Tadzio to strike the kick off in the second half. An unexpectedly hard shot by Ruy de Brito in the 53rd minute of play forced Academia 1903's goalkeeper Juan Estevez to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After 68 minutes, Xu Li Sang made it 12-0 with a short kick to the right side. Academia 1903's Juan Estevez tried to save the shot but he was too slow in reacting to the shot. The supporters of Jovens Democratas MZC booed when Academia 1903 was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 72 match minutes in a wonderful position. Siro Orlanda didn't get a good kick on the ball. When Jovens Democratas MZC's Dobromir Zagrodny in the 73rd minute got a chance for a shot 73rd didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. Ruy de Brito made a great header on Jovens Democratas MZC's corner, it was just that Academia 1903's Juan Estevez managed to reach the ball for a save. Academia 1903's Juan Estevez played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Xu Li Sang in the 76th minute of play. When the match had gone on for 77 minutes, Dobromir Zagrodny put it in 13-0 from a short distance just to the right of Juan Estevez. After some fancy dribbling in the 82nd minute, Xu Li Sang managed to get in a good position for a shot. Jovens Democratas MZC's supporters rose to their feet, but Xu Li Sang was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Juan Estevez breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Juan Estevez came out of the goal in the 84th minute to try and stop a shot by Jovens Democratas MZC's Xu Li Sang. But to his dismay, Xu Li Sang quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 14-0. Juan Estevez showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Ruy de Brito in the 87th minute of the match. Juan Estevez showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Xu Li Sang, who was totally free with the ball in the 88th minute. After 89 minutes, Marco van Basten made it 15-0 with a short kick to the right side. Academia 1903's Juan Estevez tried to save the shot but he was too slow in reacting to the shot. After 94 played minutes Jovens Democratas MZC got a freekick which was hit by Carlinhos Tróia. In the 95th minute of the match Siro Orlanda shot from a long distance. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Manoel Neuer showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball.

Jovens Democratas MZC walked away with a well-earned victory that was much celebrated by the crowd.
