Szymon Grunwalski recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 30th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Fabian Emeterio made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Marek Sagan in the 36th minute of play. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Marek Sagan in the 40th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Fabian Emeterio prevented the ball from getting in the gole. After a defensive mix-up in Vilo Futbol Club's zone, Marek Sagan stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Fabian Emeterio came out of the goal and Marek Sagan tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. 45 minutes into the match, Vilo Futbol Club's goal looked a bit too open when Szymon Grunwalski came free, but Fabian Emeterio reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Fabian Emeterio took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Szymon Grunwalski, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Af the end of the first half the score was 1-0. The first half had gone as expected for the home team.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Tạ Mara made a kick off. The audience was convinced that Szymon Grunwalski's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Fabian Emeterio was relentless in the 55th minute of the game. Szymon Grunwalski could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 57th minute of the match, but Fabian Emeterio made a huge save. With his leg Fabian Emeterio managed to avoid a goal in the 60thth minute, when Legia Warszawa 【L】's Marek Sagan fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side. In the 70th minute, Mats Hummels hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. 72 minutes into the match, Vilo Futbol Club's goalkeeper Fabian Emeterio had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Tạ Mara.
