Adolfo Salvino scored 2-0 in the 24th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Kerem Pertev, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Tony Githinji Muhoho showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Yiğitcan Usman, who was totally free with the ball in the 28th minute. In the 40th minute, Daniel Kiprugut hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Kerem Pertev made an important save on a dangerous shot by Adolfo Salvino in the 43rd minute. The home fans were very happy to see their team leading 2-0 at half-time.

The wind increased when Yiğitcan Usman made the kick off in the second half. Doğan Adıbelli charged in rather forcefully in the 52nd minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down.
