Gabriel Voineag made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Carmelo Sifon in the 11th minute of play. In the 12th minute, Cristian Santamaria made a precise shot to the right of Gabriel Voineag. Shohoku FC's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 0-1. After 14 minutes of play, Real Madrid de Guatemala's Carmelo Sifon made it 0-2 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. A very good chance. An unexpectedly hard shot by Carmelo Sifon in the 27th minute of play forced Shohoku FC's goalkeeper Gabriel Voineag to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After a rather tough play, Shohoku FC's Fabricio Tapia got a free kick in the 31st minute. Carmelo Sifon recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 32nd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. In the 34thth minute of the game İlbey Tunçdağ who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Real Madrid de Guatemala's Sílvio Luiz Goiano was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. In the 42nd minute, Carmelo Sifon made a precise shot to the right of Gabriel Voineag. Shohoku FC's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 0-5. The Shohoku FC players were disheartened as they walked off the pitch after the first half. Real Madrid de Guatemala were winning 0-5.

Shohoku FC's Gabriel Voineag proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 52nd minute of the match, managed to save Shohoku FC from getting a goal against them. Sílvio Luiz Goiano made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Luís Oliveira in the 53rd minute of play. Sílvio Luiz Goiano didn't succeed to prevent the ball from going into goal when Shohoku FC's İlbey Tunçdağ shot an unexpected shot in the crossbar's under edge and made 1-5 in the ordered_time% minute. In the 56th minute, Mark Javia hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Gabriel Voineag made an important save on a dangerous shot by Nicolás Guerrero in the 58th minute. Despite this Sílvio Luiz Goiano quite easily got ahold of the ball to make the save. Cristian Santamaria kicked well hit freekick during the 65th minute of the match. After 68 played minutes Real Madrid de Guatemala got a freekick which was hit by Carmelo Sifon. Mark Javia hit a great freekick 71 minutes into the match. In the 73rd minute İlbey Tunçdağ shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Sílvio Luiz Goiano saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 78th minute, Nicolás Guerrero made a precise shot to the right of Gabriel Voineag. Shohoku FC's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 1-6. The Real Madrid de Guatemala players were relieved to hear the final whistle blow to end the match. The away crowd was happy to see their team win after a very tight game.
